The Story of Dani

New York Field Trip Part 2

-Dani’s (POV)-

-Theater-

After we got done eating we headed to the theater so we are sitting in the crowd watching the play and I have to admit it isn’t that bad. Before I know it the play is over everyone stands up and cheers. We leave the theater and head to the hotel I’m walking behind the group Santana is talking to Rachel. Finn falls back and walks with me.

Finn: It looked like you needed the company.

I smile.

Dani: Thanks.

Finn: So what do you think about New York?

Dani: It’s nice from what I saw of it.

Finn: Would you live here?

Dani: I probably would.

Finn: So that would mean that you would live with Kurt, Blaine, and Rachel.

Dani: And you if you decide to move here with Rachel. I mean you did give her a promise ring.

Finn: That just means that I will be faithful to her no matter what.

Dani: Do you want to marry her?

Finn: I don’t know what I want I mean I’m only a junior in high school.

Dani: That makes sense.

Finn: What about you do you want marry Santana?

I look at Santana and she is laughing at something Rachel said.

Dani: I don’t know like you said I’m only a junior in high school. All I know is that I love her.

Finn: I could say the same thing about Rachel.

Dani: I’m happy for you.

Finn: And I’m happy for you.

He pushes me a little I push him back we laugh. All of us get back to the hotel.

-Santana’s (POV)-

The group gets to the hotel and all of the girls head to our room. Rachel sits on the bed.

Rachel: So Dani I saw you and Finn talking.

I lay on my and Dani’s bed I grab a magazine from my bag and start to read it. Dani grabs her toothbrush and heads to the bathroom she leaves the door open.

Dani: Yeah we do that a lot now.

Rachel: What were you guys talking about?

Dani: Oh uh, just um…about New York.

Hmm Dani is lying but what about?

Rachel: Oh okay. Did he change his mind?

Dani walks out of the bathroom and she grabs her pajamas she goes back to the bathroom and leaves the door open I crack I look up from my magazine and I can see her in the mirror she takes off her bra I start to get hot so I look away and read my magazine.

Dani: He isn’t sure what he wants yet.

Dani comes out of the bathroom she is in short shorts and a tank top. I look up at her and smile she looks at me she smiles and winks.

Rachel: Oh. Do you think that he will know next year?

Dani: I don’t know Rach.

Dani sits behind me I lean against her while I read my magazine. Rachel gets up and grabs her pajamas. Dani starts to rub my shoulders I sigh a little.

Santana: Mmm that feels good.

Dani: I love you.

Santana: I love you too.

She kisses me. Rachel comes from the bathroom she has a pajamas on I decide to get up and get my pajamas on. I get done I am wearing short shorts and a tank top just like Dani she looks at me and smiles I smile back. I walk to the bed and she looks me up and down.

Santana: Enjoying yourself?

Dani: Oh yeah.

She smiles again and I can’t help but wonder what she is thinking.

-Dani’s (POV)-

When I saw Santana in her short shorts and tank top I wanted to jump on her right when I saw her, but I couldn’t because the other girls were here so I just smiled at her.

Santana: I think that you are drooling a little.

Santana acts like she is wiping off some drool I laugh. We lay down she lies on my chest and I wrap my arms around her before I know it we fall asleep. I wake up before Santana so I slowly get up and get dressed I look around and I notice that Rachel, Tina, and Mercedes are gone. I slowly walk out the room.

­-Hotel Lobby-

I walk through the lobby and see Mercedes, Tina, Rachel, Kurt, Blaine, Mr. Schue, and Finn sitting at tables eating. When Rachel sees me she waves me over.

Rachel: Morning.

Dani: Morning.

I get some coffee and sit at the table with Rachel, Finn, Kurt, and Blaine.

Kurt: Santana still sleeping?

Dani: Yeah so are Quinn and Brittany.

Rachel: They were up pretty late talking.

Dani: About what?

Rachel: I’m not sure actually they were being quiet and I was half asleep.

Dani: Oh.

Rachel: Mhm.

I feel arms go around me I look up and see Santana I smile she kisses me.

Dani: Morning babe.

Santana: Morning baby.

Dani: Did you sleep well?

Santana: I did.

Santana grabs a chair and sits next to me. Mr. Schue let us walk around New York before we had to head to the airport.

­-Central Park-

Santana and I are walking around Central Park its spring time so the trees are blooming and it’s beautiful Santana and I stop and sit on a bench.

-Santana’s (POV)-

Dani and I are holding hands I look over at her and she looks at me.

Santana: I can actually see myself living here.

Dani: I can see myself here too. I actually got the number and address to the university here.

Santana: You did?

Dani: I did.

I smile and she smiles back we sit on the bench and talk about anything and everything. The time flies and the next thing I know we are on the plane heading home.
