Armaan's POV

Anger.

It causes people to do things they don't want to.

I don't have anger issues but I got really mad this time beacuse I have never failed a mission.

And this anger cause me to blurt a very big secret which us going to be the reason for my doom.

I stared at my phone screen debating whether to call the boss and tell him the truth or lie about everything.

Just then my phone rang and displayed the caller ID I dreaded the most,

Boss.

I gulped and picked it up.

"Hello?"

"Did you do the task?"came his deep voice across the line.

"Um..yeah....but-"

"But what?"

"Well, it wasn't my fault but your daughter and niece planned me with their names at uni and...I kinda kidnapped the wrong one-"

"WHAT? YOU FOOL! I HAD A PERFECT PLAN TO THREATEN MY SO CALLED BROTHER RIGHT NOW!"

I flinched.

"Sir, there's more to it" I shut my eyes.

"WHAT THE FU** DID YOU DO NOW?!"

"I kinda got angry and blurted out to your daughter that you are her father-"

The line went off.

I grumbled and walked out of my room when I bumped into someone in the corridor.

I looked up to find beautiful eyes staring at me.

Wait what? I can't be possibly thinking this way about Qibriyah, she's the reason I'm close to losing my job.

But it's your fault as well. You should've been more careful with your job.

She blinked and moved to the left when when I accidentally did the same.

She huffed and slipped out from beside me.

I kept staring at her until the bing of my phone indicated I had received a message.

Boss:

Kill her.
