Chapter 24
We had gotten off the ride and just decide to do stupid stuff like buying balloons and churros. I hadn't noticed it very much before but he was wearing a muscle tee. No wonder that girl wanted to make out with him. It was pretty dark out now and the castle was all bright and pretty. "Whoa," I remember it looking so boring a long time ago, right now in this moment, it looked magical.
"Are there going to be fireworks?" I asked Cam. He smiled, "Just wait," He smiled looking up at the sky. I hugged him. "I love you so much," I whispered in his ear. "I love you too," He kissed me. I could hear the fireworks going off all around us.
We called a taxi to take us back to the hotel. I texted Matthew asking how he was and he said he had thrown up at least 3 times. He was staying in my room, because Carter, his roommate, didn't want to get sick. "Where's Aaron?" I asked as we walked into his room. "He's having dinner I think," Cam sat on his bed and got out his phone. "Cuddle with me." Cam said like a demand. He put his phone down and laid on the bed. "CORA CUDDLE WITH ME." He grunted rolling around. I looked at him. I jumped on the bed. We laid down next to eachother. He leaned over and kissed me on the cheek. He wrapped his arms around me.
We woke up to knocking on our door. I opened my eyes and I was under the sheets. I walked over to the door. I looked around the room. Where was Cam? I opened the door. "I brought food!" Cam screamed hugging me. I looked in his hand. There was a bag of mcdonalds. "McDonalds?" I said as he let go. "Yeah," He got something out from behind him. "AND STARBUCKS!" He screamed as he hopped onto the bed.
After finishing our breakfast I said goodbye to Cam and he walked me to the elevator. "I love you," He said holding the doors open. "I love you too."
I walked to my room. "SHAWN!" I screamed knocking on the door. I left my key back in Cam's room. I sat down since he wasn't opening up. "SHAWN I LEFT MY KEY AT CAM'S OPEN THE DOOR!" I knocked on the door. I got a phone call from Shawn. Okay... "Cora stop." He said quietly. "Where are you Shawn?" I heard his breathing. "Somebody has a gun to my chest." I stood up. "Where are you?" He started to breathe harder. "I'm in the room, stay away from the door," I started to breath hard too. "Who is there Shawn?" He didn't respond. "Shawn?" "Cora, He said he's going to kill me if you don't come in and talk to him," Shawn said quietly. "Who is he Shawn?" I started to shake. The phone became distant. I heard Shawn say something. "Who are you?" He said the phone starting to sound fuzzy. "Jake."
