Chapter 29 (FOR BEST ENJOYMENT LISTEN TO "STAY WITH ME" BY SAM SMITH WHILE READING K?)
We sat in the gray hospital at 3:00 in the morning. I was holding on to Cam's hand. He always seemed to be the only source of color in the dull world around us. "Why didn't you call me?" Cam said leaning over on his white hospital bed.
"The last time you talked to Jake I got shot in the stomach," I said not bothering to make eye contact with him.
"And this time, when I wasn't there, Jack got shot in the chest and Matthew got stabbed." He whispered.
I sat there in my oversized sweatshirt. I saw Jack curled up, sleeping on a two-person couch. He's had a rough day. Nash was in another chair curled up too. I pulled my knees to my chest. "Go to sleep Cam," I said looking at him. "I love you," He said. I nodded my head, "I love you too."
After I saw Cam collapse in front of me earlier I called an ambulance team up to help him. We also found Jake. He died after he was shot in the chest.
I looked over at Cam facing away from me. I love you. I got up and walked to the front desk.
We weren't supposed to be here at this time but we still stayed.
"What is the room for Matthew Espinosa and Jack Johnson?" I asked.
The lady looked at me. "Matthew's is room 39a and Jack's is 53a but he's in surgery and won't be done until a little while," I nodded. "Thanks," I smiled. I decided to go to Matt.
I walked in and saw Carter sitting in a chair next to Matt. "Hi," I said. He looked at me, "Hi." I sat on the other chair next to Matt. "I feel bad," Carter whispered playing with his fingers. Matthew was asleep. "Why?" I whispered. "I made him sleep in that room, because I didn't want to get sick." He chuckled a little. "And he got stabbed," He said serious. I looked over to the side of the room and realized Hayes and Shawn were sleeping next to each other in a chair. "In a way, you saved his life," I pointed to Shawn. "And how is everybody sleeping with this going on?" I whispered. He stood up and shrugged. "I'm gonna go get something to eat." He said walking out of the room. I looked at Matthew's monitor. It was steadily beating. He looked so pale. "Goodnight Matt," I said. I stood up and walked out of the room.
I walked out of Matthew's room closing the door quietly. It was raining outside, really hard. I went back to Cam's room. I sat in the same chair I was in earlier. I looked outside of the room. There was a small window on the door.
I stared at it, watching a few doctors pass by every now and then. I stared at the door. I looked at it almost squinting focusing on it. *BANG* Lightning had probably hit pretty close to us.
I looked outside then, back at the window. There was a hand covered in blood. I jumped up and ran to the door. I opened it and saw nothing. I looked at the window again. It was normal, no blood, no body, hand, anything.
I looked around. I saw the person at the front desk staring at me like I was a maniac. I went back into the room and closed the door, turning my back away from it. What was happening.

A/N
What's happening to you? Are you feeling guilty? Scared? What's wrong with you. Maybe you are just a maniac who pictured this all in your mind. (THAT WOULD BE A CRAZY PLOT TWIST THO)
