Chapter 32
I held on to Cam's hand as we walked around the streets trying to find a nice place to eat. "Where do you want to go?" He said. "Anywhere," I said. "Great let's go anywhere." He said grabbing my hand. He waved a taxi over to us. We jumped in. "Where are we going Cam?" I whispered. he shrugged. "Where too?" The man said looking at the mirror facing us. I nudged him. "The closest beach?" He said more as a question. I laughed at him. He leaned in and kissed me. "You said anywhere." He smiled. He wrapped his hand around mine and pulled me close.
"$15.67," Said the driver. Cam reached in his pocket and pulled out a $20 dollar bill. "Keep the change," He jumped out of the car and reached his hand out to help me. "Thanks," I said. Everytime he looked at me and helped me with everyday things it just made me feel warm. I felt my cheeks blushing. He laughed. The car drove off. "Let's get something to eat shall we Princess?" He said bowing. He grabbed onto my hand and we ran down the street.
We stopped at a sandwich shop. We went inside. "Oh my gosh it's Cam!" Some girl screamed. Sh*t. "Should I like go outside or something?" I asked not wanting to get in any drama with any other girls. "No, stay, you're my girlfriend." He smiled which made me feel all warm inside. I nodded my head and smiled back at him. "Hi, Cam and Cora right?" The girl asked. I nodded my head. "Can I get a picture?" I could see her bursting with excitement. "Yeah sure," Cam said. She leaned in and we took a giant selfie. "Thanks." She walked away and we went to the register.
I sat down across from Cam with my sandwich. "Where's your food," I said taking a bite from my sandwich. "I'm not hungry," He said laughing. "You're making me feel like a fatty eating all alone!" I said in protest.
"I just don't want to eat," He said. He bit down on his lip. He was so beautiful. "What are you staring at?" He said laughing. I took another bite from my sandwich trying to ignore his question. I wrapped up my sandwich. "Well, i'm full now," I said. I actually wasn't that hungry.
"Really?" He said leaning back staring me down.
"Yes," I said. I could tell he was staring at me. We always did that, stare at eachother. I guess we just couldn't keep our eyes off of eachother. I bit my lip. He was just so perfect. The way his arms seemed to be flexed even though he wasn't trying to. He stood up and put out his hand, "Let's get out of here."
We ran outside. The beach was a few minutes away. "Let's go!" He yelled. We ran threw a bunch of people to finally get there. The Beach. "I love you," I said as we stared at the waves. "I love you too," He said leaning over and kissing me.
