I wrote "Adam & Macy" in one night, about three hours, and it is my best work yet. (4/29/14)
I rewrote "Adam & Macy" over the course of about two weeks. (3/8/16)
I honestly love this. I cried while I wrote it. I hope you enjoyed this story as much as I did.
If you are a bit confused, the story as a whole is Macy's journal. She began writing it when she first met Adam, and it spiraled from there. The end chapter (epilogue) is where the story technically begins, but the chapter (eleven) is the last section in the journal.
Please know that cancer is not just some beautiful love story. It is full of pain, sadness, grief, and a lot of hard work.
This story, "Adam & Macy", is dedicated to anyone and everyone who has or had cancer. Stay strong. God loves you, and He has His reasons for putting you through this situation. After all, he wouldn't put a wall in front if you if he knew you couldn't knock it down.
