I curled up on Ian's bed under the covers.
He walked in the room and looked at me laying there.
"Don't push me off the bed. "
"No problem bud. "
"Ew. "
I threw a pillow at him and turned on my side, "I choose to skip school tomorrow." Lip walked in as I spoke and looked at me funny.
"You're way too dumb to skip school."
"Damn you so know how to woo a girl Phillip." He rolled his eyes and climbed on his bed "Lip?"
"What ?"
"I hate you."
"I don't care."
I snorted quite unattractively "when did we get a pig?"
"Ian I'll spit on you. "
He pulled a face and turned his attention to Lip. I sort of zoned out into my own world. Or tried to, my thoughts were loud . It wants my attention, and I've learned to deal with it. I just have to ignore them.
How could I not? They repeat it in my head like a broken alarm clock. An alarm clock that goes off even when you you unplugged it or take out the batteries.
I've had these thoughts for so long now. Though at first I thought they were helping me but now they're killing me. I've tried plenty of things to get better. They're just too persuasive and twists every ones words.
Lip pulls me out of my trance and looks at me like I'm an alien. " What?"
" You spaced out" I nod at them, "sorry." I pulled out a cigarette from the pack laying on the bed.
"Got a light" Lip tossed me one.
"Why thank you sir. "
"Piss off."
"Fuck you boo" I light my cig and tossed him his lighter. "Be lucky, I was going to steal that."
" You're a bitch you know that？"
" You're a pussy."
"You are what you eat."
" Uh-Huh."
'So I'm nothing' I think to myself.
I take a puff and try to ignore it. The thoughts are so loud like a twelve o'clock alarm. They screech at me loud, so loud. I blow smoke from between my lips and put it out on the wall.
"I'm going to the bathroom" Ian nods and Lip makes a joke about me having a small bladder.
I go to stand up and felt myself get lightheaded. The black dots in my vision like before came back. I held onto the wall and walked through the small door way. Beginning to walk down the hall I fall and everything goes black.
