No Matter What

Chapter 4

The concert was about to end. My voice had gone hoarse from all that shouting. Greyson looked in my eyes.. Again. He had been doing that for the whole time and this. Had been the SIXTH time. Yeah, dedicated fangirls count.

'Okay guys.. I'm gonna pick one of you lucky Enchancers to go to Universal Studios with me tomorrow!' his voice flowed out like an angel.

I had prayed hard, everyday, and wished that I would be the one to get picked. Hanging with Greyson, how cool was that?

There. He did it again. My eyes. I was almost melting literally, although the airconditioning was freezing enough to stop global warming.

Suddenly, I heard soft sobbing from behind me and turned. The girl behind me was actually crying. From what I gathered from her friends' conversations, she was sad because she knew she would never stand a chance.

'Hey,' I said to her. 'There's no need to cry, just smile. Greyson will pick you, you're so pretty! Don't let this ruin your night, keep smiling!' She looked up and me and smiled. 'Thanks, but I'm pretty sure you'll get picked instead.. You're the one he's been staring at for the past 2 hours..' she trailed off. Wow. People actually noticed too?

I blushed as I turned back around, only to see Greyson staring at me AGAIN, yet this time with a retarded smile on his face.

'I think I've finally found my winner,' he said, still smiling at me. My cheeks turned red. Everyone followed his gaze.. And landed on me. Belle started screaming 'You lucky ass!' at me. Greyson pointed at me.

'You in the white dress.. Come up here sweetie!'

People screamed. My jaw was dropped open so much I was pretty sure it would dislocate. Belle pushed me.

'Go on! Don't let the one and only Greyson Michael Chance wait!'

Walking over to the stage was a 30 second walk, but it was more like a 30 year walk. People were staring at me jealously, but most of them were giving me death stares which said 'Stay away, he's MY husband.'

Grabbing onto my hand, Greyson bowed. 'Goodnight LA!' he cheered. All of a sudden, I was forced to break into a run as Greyson was RUNNING backstage.. As if he was eager to talk to me.
