*continuing in Jasmine's POV* ^ that's jasmine btw

After a few minutes of us being inside comforting Lola, Zach and Jack come in, they have both cooled down. The boys go and stand in front of the three of us.

"can we talk...again lola, please" He asks her "we can talk in front of everyone so what happened doesn't again"

She sits up and wipes her eyes as Colby is kinda slouching in the couch. She takes his hand holding it behind her back. "...I guess"

Jack clears off a space on the table in front of her so he can sit there. Colby watches him with every move he doesn't, I cant tell what kind of relationship him and Lola have going on right now.

"so if you don't want a relationship....then what do we do" Jack asks. That's the dumbest shit i've heard come out of his mouth yet.

"I didn't mean to say that..." She says her voice kinda shaky.

"then what did you mean" he asks as his tone changes a little.

"I don't know" her voice changed as well and she starts to get pissed off.

"Lola." Colby says making sure she doesn't start yelling. Jack looks at him and back at Lola.

"we just need to take a break" she sighs looking down as she place with her fingers letting go of Colby's hand behind her back.

Jack sighs but it's shaky.

"Jack i don't know what you expect me to do. Forgive you the second after making out with another girl because you said sorry? It doesn't work like that."

"I know Lola...." he says messing with his hair.

I try my best not to say something because for some reason he is really getting on my nerves.

"Jack can you please just go" she sighs and mumbles "please" I could tell she was hurting and at this point I didn't know what to do.

~~3 weeks later~~

I bounced on Colby's bed with a pot and a spoon hitting them together.

"wake up! wake up!" I say laughing. He pulls me over to his other side near the wall as I drop the pan and spoon on the floor. He cuddles me and acts like he fell back asleep.

"nuh uh" I say tapping his shoulder constantly to annoy him.

"aghhh" he groans burying his face into my side.

No we aren't dating but we have become closer like we use to be through these past 3 weeks. I have spent the last two nights at their house so it's been pretty fun. Zach and Jasmine have been going on multiple dates and Jack...i don't know.

I play with his hair a little and after a few minutes he rolls to his back.

"ugh what time is it" he whines.

"10!" I say hopping over him dragging him off the bed.

"ugh let me get ready" I sit on the edge of his bed as he changed on my phone.

He had on sweatpants so he changed into a pink shirt with blank jeans and threw on his vans a lot with a hat. He went to the bathroom for 7 minutes then came back.

"ok what are we doing today" he acts looking at me.

"not sure? Is Elton gonna be busy?" Elton is one of his roommates and always seems to have something planned for them.

"he's gonna be with Amanda all day" Colby says, that's his girlfriend.

"aw man uhhh we could go to the beach and Sam and Kat could join if they aren't busy" I say smiling at him.

"Sams going with Kat to help with her music video" he says laughing

"aaron? Corey? Devyn?" I ask about to
give up.

"Corey and Devyn are in a Florida and Aaron is hanging out with his old roommates" he says sitting down on his bed next to me.

"wow ok looks like just us today" I say falling back on my back.

"yep" he says falling back with me.

"how bout the beach?" I say looking over at him.

"yeah why not"

So we have been at the beach for hours and the sun is starting to go down. We were up to our waists. Well mine.

We go out a little further and the sunset is spread across the sky. Me and Colby were just staring into each other's eyes. He leans in and I go to lean in to and our lips touch. I forgot how soft his lips were, I missed this....wait no this wasn't right. I pull back.

"colby..." i say looking down at the water "this isn't right"

"i'm sorry, i know, i don't know what I was thinking though"

I sigh and we started walking up back to the shore. We go to our towels since they were pretty close and I look up scanning the beach just looking around. My eyes land on someone looking back at me. It was Jack. He saw it all. He saw me and Colby kiss...
