Chapter 46

Jack looks away as soon as we make eye contact and he continues walking. I run over to him.

"Jack please" I put my hand on his shoulder causing him to turn around and I remove it. "I didn't mean it"

"it looked like you did" he replied, I could tell he was mad.

"Jack i pulled away because I knew it wasn't right cant u believe me? ask colby!"

he sighs "No Lola....I believe you, i shouldn't even be getting mad it's not like what i did to you"

"Jack...I- ugh, just go to Logans later" I say

"ok" he replies going back to whatever he was doing.

I go back to me and Colby's set up and sit on my towel as he was sitting on his next to me. Then his phone buzzes.

"who's that" I say looking over

he picks up his phone "sam" he says unlocking it and start to type.

"you wanna film a video with us tomorrow?" he asks looking at me before continuing to type.

"sure what video?" I ask

"Im not sure"

"ok well i'll go" I tell him. He finished typing and put his phone away.

"Wait Colby"

"yeah?" he asks

"what are people gonna think since i'm back in the videos..." I ask a little scared

"Lola it's fine we can make it clear we are still just friends" I nod and we both look out to the ocean.

I was waiting on the couch for Jack to come over cause I told him too. I was nervous but idk why.

*ding*

I go and open the door to see Jack standing there, his eyes were bloodshot and his face was puffy.

"Jack-"

"hey" he says awkwardly

I walk outside so we could sit on the chairs outside. He sits across from me.

"so what are we gonna talk about, so we kissed other people" I say looking down tapping my foot shrugging. "what does that mean, we've moved on?" It hurt me to say it but.

"no- I, I dont know" he sighs "what does it mean"

"Jack we've moved o-" he cuts me off

"No we haven't Lola!" he raises his voice a little.

"Jack!" my voice go louder "then what are we doing" I say softly.

"I don't know" he says in the same tone as me as we were both looking down.

"Jack maybe we weren't made for each other..." I say as a tear rolls down my face.

"We can fix this, Lola your the only girl i've ever told I love you or did...." he sighs shaking his head as i glanced up at him "nevermind but please Lola just let me fix it, give me another chance" He leans back up slouching in his seat as I look up. "Lola you know I never meant to hurt you"

I lean back up in my chair as my cheek was stained from a few tears. "then why did you..."
