Chapter 53

I got over my little selfish moment I had and started acting normal again

"Lola!" Jasmine says from the other side of the couch.

"sup?" I say looking up at her from my phone.

"you know the 4th apartment we looked at we really liked" she asks looking up at me

"Oh! yeah!!" I say getting excited

"welll he just messaged me back, finally, and said that it's available still etc, i'll send it to you if you want to read it" she says sitting up.

"yeah go ahead"

Blah Blah Blah all that good stuff on houses/apartments etc. We signed everything and we move in in a week.

Throughout the week Zach and Jack have been helping boxing and stuff. But today was the day we went to spend the first night there. You and Jasmine arrived to the furnished house and settled in for the night.

-1 month later-

The bill for the rent (or however that works) came in the mail today and I brought it inside to the kitchen counter.

"what's that?" Jasmine questions getting up from the couch walking to me.

"the bill for the rent" I say putting my hand on top of it looking at her. "how are you doing?" I look down at her stomach with the small small bump that had formed.

"fine, let's open it" she said points to the envelope.

I open it and read etc. But, I didn't have enough money, we didn't have enough money, we spent it all on baby things the essentials that were needed.

"Jasmine..." I say nervously

"huh?" she questions reaching for the paper as I move it.

"I don't have enough money...WE don't have enough money..." I say closing the note.

"wait what?!" She gets frustrated.

"Jasmine-" she cuts me off

"It's our first month Lola!"

"I know Jasmine-"

"Someone had to sit around and do nothing and be the lazy person they are and not think about getting a job! Your never even busy!" She raises her voice.

"Jasmine!" I snap at her "You could've got too, Just because your pregnant doesn't mean anything and that's a lie i'm always out running around!" she rolls her eyes.

"Who got all the food and essentials for this house?" I ask raising my voice too.

"Lola you didn't even buy anything! It all came from Logans house!"

"Yeah but I provided us for us!"

"it's only 800!!" she yells

"Only?!?! Jasmine we cant even buy something
more than 200!!!" I slam the paper on the counter.

"It's not my fault you didn't get a job!!" she raises her voice again throwing her hands up.

"Just because your pregnant doesn't mean anything! How many times do I have to tell you!"

"I could get stressed out and something happen!"

"Jasmine your using this pregnancy to your advantage!!" I say throwing the paper to the ground.

"Atleast i'm not a ho like you!" she yells, I don't think she was aware of what she just said.

"i'm not the one who's pregnant!" I yell back stomping to my room.

I grab clothes and put them into a bag grabbing my keys on the lanyard it was on.

I stomp out the house slamming the door leaving Jasmine there...

I drive to the boys house. I walk in and bust into Jacks room.

He looks over "hey b-" I throw my bag to the floor sitting on his bed. "wow what happened?" he asks as I bury my head into my hands.

"nothing jack....nothing"
