Chapter 61

I head to the beach and park my car. I take a deep breath before stepping out.

After walking around for a minute I spot Jack. He was sitting on a blanket type thing. I walk over to him smiling.

"who's this for?" He kinda gets startled as he was staring at the water.

"ooh." he smiles "someone special"

"oh so Zach?" I laugh

"no silly!" he says laughing.

We sat and watched the waves and everything crash to the shore for a while and decide not to go in. I go to Logans after, not gonna lie i actually miss him

We've been hanging out on the couch when he randomly asks.

"Hey Lola what ever happened to you and dance?" He questioned

"just been busy i guess" I shrug.

"oooh...well we could reenroll you in a class if u want"

"I don't really know what to do with it. maybe i could try something else" I shrug

"oh! i saw a volleyball flyer."

"wait really?!"

"yeah!"

Sooo i use to play volleyball in middle school and loved it until I sprained my knee and was scared to do it again.

"ok let's go!" I say getting excited

~1 week later~

It was my first day of volleyball, it was a practice though. I change into my uniform, black booty shorts long enough to cover my butt and a white shirt with the teams name and mine underneath it.

I walk out to the gym floor and we introduce ourselves etc. Some girl, her name was ryleigh...well I thin, she kept giving me dirty looks but i didn't even know her.

~few weeks later~

Today was our first big game. Ryleigh has been jealous of me cause I was the best one on the team, well that's what coach said.

We walked out and were sitting on the chairs to the side across from the bleachers were the audience was sitting. I was talking to a girl I made friends with named Emma. I looked up to see the boys and i smile as Emma was talking to me.

"wait your logan paul's little sister? no?" she asks then i look over at her.

"yeah ahha why?" i laugh

"i watch his vlogs but i never really realized that was you" she laughs.

"oh well yeah its me" i smile

"that's awesome! and you friends with the band why don't we?"

"oh yeah" i say

"Oo jack is cute" she laughs a little.

"ooo right i'm dating him" I say laughing trying not to get mad

"oh! i'm sorry" she laughs awkwardly

"it's fine an-" i get cut off by the coach blowing the whistle as everyone gets quiet.

It's been 15 minutes in the game and i've hit the ball at least twice. I moved to the front and ryleigh was next to me. great she's gonna pull some shit. We start playing and she hits the ball once and then the server kept serving it to the back so they kept getting the ball. Then someone in the back of the other team serves it and the ball goes in the front right to me.

I jump up to spike it but Ryleigh interfered. She jumped up to spike it and pushed me out of the way. I go to the floor and slid across it landing on my arm as my skin makes a skid noise across the floor.

Everyone in the crowd goes 'oooh' as Emma and some other girl rushes to me. They help me up and i look at my arm as it's red.

"are you ok?" Emma says

"yeah" i say slightly rubbing my arm. Me and Emma sit in the chairs to the side as another player on the team brings me a ice pack. I fell pretty hard to be honest and everyone saw it. I look over at Ryleigh to see her smirking.

"bitch" i say under my breath.

"do u guys have beef or something?" she asks as I take hold of the ice pack from the girl.

"no...she just doesn't like me for some reason" I say as they all call a break.

Everyone goes to get food and the guys rush over to me. I saw Emma trying to keep her cool.

"Babe! are you okay?" Jack asks

"Yeah what the hell is her problem?" Jonah asks. I hold my head as it starts to pound.

"Lola..." Zach said.

"what?" I snap back at all of them.

"Lola we are-" Jack started then Emma cut him off.

"she doesn't feel good....." She stated trying to get them to go off somewhere. The other guys leave and Jack stays with me.

"what happened?" He asked kneeling down in front of my chair.

"that bitch pushed me" I say angrily. He looks behind him to see her talking to 2 other girls.

"i'm gonna get you advil or something" Emma said walking away as I nodded.

"what's her problem?" Jack said sitting in Emma's chair that was next to mine.

"i think she's jealous cause im the best on the team" I laugh a little "well that's what coach said" I sit straight up.
