Chapter 62

Emma comes back with a water in one hand and the other closed.

She hands it to me as I take the pills and put the water next to me.

Jack gets up so she can sit back down and kneels down in front of me again.

"we could tell coach-" Emma started

"no i don't want drama" She nods and look down as I take the ice pack of my arm and look at it. it's slowly turning darker.

Then coach comes out of nowhere.

"Paul. You okay?" She asks grabbing her clipboard behind me.

"yeah" I take the ice pack off "just a bruise"

She holds out her hand and it place the ice pack in it.

"ok well if your not up playing then you don't have too" she says putting the ice pack somewhere.

"i'll play it's fine"

She nods "alright well i'm gonna bring everyone back out" I nod looking back at Emma.

"so are you playing this game with me?"

"if coach lets me" she laughs.

"go ask" I say pushing her up to go talk to her. Jack laughs.

"you know she's a fan of y'all"

"wait really? how did she keep her cool" he laughs

"i have no clue" i shrug and laugh as everyone starts filling in the gym again.

Just then a girl with long straight black hair and beautiful brown eyes comes up to me "hey are you okay" she's wearing our uniforms but i've never seen her on the team.

"yeah. How come i've never seen you on the team?" I say with a little laugh.

"oh uh i don't really talk to anybody on the team" she laughs.

"ooh, what's your name?" I ask smiling.

"Alanis" She smilies.

"that's beautiful" her long hair was covering her name on her shirt so i couldn't see it.

"and yours..." she looks at my shirt "Lola?" I nod smiling.

"well hope to talk to you more" She smiles and goes off somewhere.

"ok i'm gonna go back with the boys" Jack says kissing my cheek.

"alright bye love you" I reply

"love you more" he says walking back to the boys.

The game started again and I got back up to the front where I was last game. Ryleigh wanted to play this game, alright let's do it.

It took a second for the ball to get to Ryleigh and when she did I interfered spiking it pushing Ryleigh.

"what the hell" She said almost falling on her face.

"what" I say putting my hands on my hips.

"why did you do that?" she asks crossing her arms

"do what?" I asked confused

"ugh!" she said throwing her arms down and I smirk.

It's been game and i meet up with the boys outside.

"Lola!" I hear someone yell. I turn around to see daniel waving and the rest of the boys.

"hey" I smile as Jack comes over and kisses me.

"I saw what you did" Corbyn laughs.

"what?" I ask laughing

"when you pushed the girl who pushed you to the floor" Jonah says

"oh right" I shrug laughing. Corbyn holds his hand out for a high five and I roll my eyes playfully high fiving him.

"Lola!!" I hear my name being called again. I turn to see Emma smiling. Wow this girl has such a bubbly personality it's amazing.

"hey" I smile. She smiles and turns to the boys.

"ok i love you guys so much i know all the words to your songs" She laughs. They all smile.

"aw yay!" Daniel says hugging her.

I get back to my apartment after a long day and shower etc. I actually got a good sleep with out the baby crying.
