I kept looking in the side mirror watching as the guys behind us kept rear ending us,then would back off for a little while only to do it again.I closed my eyes and kept a hold of Baron's hand to afraid to let it go.We was no longer on the road,instead we was on a desert strip heading for a cliff.I tightened my hold on Baron and held my breath as he jumped the cliff.We hit a jagged rock that peeked out of the mountain and started flipping.The car landed on it's hood.I coughed and gagged from the dust smoke and went to unfasten my belt but Baron grabbed my hand."Close your eyes and hold your breath"he said I looked at him odd then heard foot steps and understood why he said that.I took a deep breath and closed my eyes."Well we didn't have to kill them the fall did it for us"one of the guys said after he looked in the car to see if we was alive."Well now we can tell the boss that he won't have to worry about her testifying against him and the boys"another voice said.

It seemed like forever before the left and we weaseled out of the toppled car and slowly made our way towards what we hoped was civilization."I am sorry for this Baron.I know you told me you would protect me,but that right there was far to much and the whole gun firing and possible gettign shot is to much"I said as we walked in the desert."It's part of showing the depths I would go for the woman I love"he said looking at me and smiling.I smiled and pulled him to me and kissed him.I pulled back and grabbed his hand and continued to walk."I know we are such a lovely couple,going through all of this crap.and I promise you that once I go to court I will make sure that this crap ends for good and get them to dumb idiots for attempted murder"I told him."If I don't get them first for touching you"Baron said."He was copping a feel just to see what it was like to touch a real woman"I joked getting a smile from Baron.We walked the desert hills and dunes through night fall till we seen bright lights."Vegas"I said noticing some of the building as we got closer."Not a bad place to get married"Baron said looking at me.I stopped and looked at him "what?"I asked a little stunned that I heard what he said."I said it's not a bad place to get married"he repeated his self."Meaning?"I asked "meaning once we get cleaned up and all we are going to go to one of the wedding chapels and get married"he said smiling I jumped in his arms and kissed him.
