2 days later

I woke up to Winter licking my nose.

"Win stop ya breath stink." I said as I wiped my nose off. We got to New Orleans at 12:30 this morning so as soon as we got in the house I went to bed. I grabbed my phone to see that it was 8:56. I up and picked out a pair of underwear and a matching bra, some jeans and a sweatshirt to wear then I went in my bathroom to take a shower. As I showered I tried to keep my bandages as dry as possible. About 20 minutes later I was out the shower and putting on lotion. After getting fully dressed I went downstairs to watch tv. I turned the tv on and saw that a movie was on so I decided to just watch it. As I was watching the movie I heard Jacob come down the steps.

"You need to turn your damn ringer off." He said as he tossed my phone next to me then walked back upstairs. I picked it up my phone to see Jayden ft me. I decided to call her back.

"Hey girl." I said as I saw her face appear on the screen.

"Heyy how you feeling?" She asked

"My arm hurts a little but other than that I'm good." I said

"Awww my poor baby." She said fake crying.

"Girl bye" I said laughing " what you doing though?" I asked.

"Nothing much my mom said she wanted to go to brunch then to the mall but she still sleep while I'm sitting here starving." She said causing me to laugh.

"It's not funny she told me I couldn't sleep in because we was going out and she the one still sleep."

"Awww poor Jayden."

"What you doing though?"

"Watching a movie." I said

"What movie?" She asked

"I don't know I just tired on the tv and it was on so I'm watching it." I said

"Your crazy" She said

"Whatever, where ya cute brother?" I asked her.

"Make me tell August." She said

"Tell him what he ain't gonna do shit." I said

"Ard watch when we get back to school." She said.

"Ard I will." I said then I heard her mom in the background.

"Tell ya mom I said hi." I told her.

"Ard Ima talk to you later." She said

"Ard bye" I said before we hung up the phone.

After putting my phone back down I went back to watching the movie. About 5 minutes later I decided that I would go wake Jacob up just to annoy him. I walked in his room and saw him laying on his back. I got on his bed and started jumping on it.

"WAKE UPPPPP." I sang as I kept jumping.

"Journey you better get ya big ass off my bed." Jacob said with his eyes closed.

"Nope now get up." I said as I continued to jump.

"Journey sit ya ass down." He said sitting up.

"Fine you big baby." I said before I stopped jumping and sat down next to him.

"What do you want?" He asked

"Nothing" I said

"So what you wake me up for?" He asked

"I was bored and you were sleep." I said

"You get on my nerves." He said

"I know"
