Barr's POV/

I walked into the school, wearing my own clothes, on Monday. Matt and I have been texting back and forth, and after several conversations and one lunch, we both decided that students were probably going to talk.

I had my laptop in my right and my drink in my left hand. Walking through the side of the cafeteria, many students eyes followed me.

I felt my pale skin go hot and fade into a deep fire red. I quickly looked at my watch to keep my head down, and to see if Matt had texted me. Nothing. The only thing that showed up on the watch was the time.

I walked down the ramps to see small groups of students talking about their night, some doing leftover homework.

I walked to my classroom door, and saw a flash of pink on the door. It had fell when I walked to the door. I bent down to pick on the note, flipping it over, it read:

Don't have anyone in your prep period today ;)

-MH

I smiled at the note, and unlocked my door. Still looking at the note, I turned on the lights and walked to my desk to find a blue sticky note on the back of my chair. It read:

Don't forget, that would be kinda embarrassing :)

-MH

I sat down with a smile, there's only a couple things that I could think could happen.

I removed the note, sat down, and got ready for 1st period.

Humbert's POV/

I walked into my office by the band room, with my laptop in my hand. I unlocked the door, the familiar smell hit my nose. I kept my office clean, unlike my classroom. It's really only because I'm in here more than I'm in my classroom.

I sat down and just kinda stared at my laptop. I didn't really have anything to do. I didn't have anything to grade, didn't have anything to type up.

"Oh shit." I realized that I had to copy H Civics packets. I made sure I fixed all the problems in the packet, since there were many.

"I swear, if this packet isn't correct this time I'll freak out." I said walking to the copier.

I closed my eyes when I found that the copier had jammed, and started to retry and copy everything.

"I swear." I said looking at the copier. I rubbed my eyes and let out a deep sigh. I restarted the copier, and waited impatiently for the papers.

"I don't have time for this!" I said quite loudly, I wasn't lying, I don't have time for this! I never have time for this. I didn't want to break the copier, so I just "gently" kicked it. Nothing happen...well, nothing too major happened.

I restarted it again. It didn't jam, but they didn't staple. I picked up the papers, went into my classroom and left a sticky note on the pile of papers.

Jenna, staple these, thanks.

-H

She's always in the room before me, so she'll hopefully get the job done.

By the time I was done fighting with the copy machine, it was halfway through third period, and Johnathan's prep is fourth period. I smiled to myself as I walked back to my office.

JB: These kids kill me sometimes. They just won't listen, they won't shut up.

Matt: You have to be patient with them, they're not all math geeks like you☺️
