"I see Lauren." Ally smiled biting her lip, "Girl.. where?" Dinah laughed looking around. "Right there." Ally said continuously staring at Lauren. "If you don't quit staring and start telling me what you two did this weekend, I will fight you." Dinah jokingly said walking in front of Ally, "She came over and we talked, you know. I showed her around San Antonio. She's like a sad girl, but I want to make her happy again." Ally shyly laughs, "Oh and she's gay. Like me." Ally smiled.
"Did you say she's gay?" Dinah says shockingly, "What are you waiting for then? Make her yours already." Dinah laughed. "No, that's way too soon. What if she doesn't feel the same way? No. I need time." Ally says, "And where is Normani?" Ally asked. "She had to go to the office. She's showing an inch of her stomach and the teacher was giving her hell." Dinah rolled her eyes.
"Seriously?" Ally said angrily. "That's such bullshit." Ally shook her head. "Yeah, I know." Dinah said pulling her phone out. "Oh shoot, we're gonna be late. I'll see you in lunch." Dinah says quickly walking away to get to her class.
Ally stood up from being against the wall and walked to class. Art was her first period. Ally was nervous and her heart was beating faster than the speed of light. She didn't know why she was so nervous. Lauren and Ally were just friends. Maybe it was because she liked Lauren and she knew she had the smallest chance of being with her.
Ally walked into class and saw Lauren sitting in her usual spot and Ally smiled walking to the seat across from her. Ally set her backpack down next to her seat, "Hey," Ally smiled, "Good morning."
"Good morning. I was waiting for you to come." Lauren smiled. "I was talking to Dinah. Normani is in the office." Ally sighed in frustration, "Why?" Lauren asked. "About an inch of her stomach was showing and I guess they're making her change." Ally rolled her eyes. "Are you serious? An inch? This makes me so mad, don't even get me started." Lauren shook her head. "Yeah, same." Ally says.
"I love this class." Lauren smiled pulling out the paint from the box on her table, "I cannot draw whatsoever." Ally laughed nervously, "It's easy." Lauren shyly laughs. "No it isn't. I can't even draw a good stick figure." Ally laughed.
The teacher came by and gave Ally and Lauren instructions on what to paint and Ally sighed, "So why do you have this class?" Lauren asked, "I just need something extra to fill in my schedule." Ally answers. "I'm failing this class by the way." Ally mentions. "Drawing is easy, look, come here." Lauren says waving her hand for Ally to walk over to her.
"Okay give me your hand." Lauren says grabbing Ally's hand and then moving behind Ally and to the other side of her. Ally smiled and butterflies began to form in her body, the way it felt to have Lauren grab her hand and guide her was indescribable. She loved that feeling. Lauren slowly dipped the paint brush in the blue paint, "Grab the paint brush like this," Lauren says grabbing Ally's hand and placing her hands where they needed to be.
"Okay now just move your hand this way." Lauren said moving Ally's hand all around the large canvas. "This is only easy because you're helping." Ally laughs, smiling the biggest smile.
"I guess it's just easy to me." Lauren laughs letting go of Ally's hand. As Ally turned around the paint brush in her hand touched on Lauren's arm. "Ally!" Lauren laughed softly, "Oh shoot. I'm sorry." Ally laughed loudly, "It's not funny." Lauren says grabbing the paint brush and brushing it on Ally's cheek. "Lauren!" Ally laughed again. "Payback." Lauren smiled and laughed at Ally playfully.
"Girls, please don't waste paint like that." The teacher says loudly from across the room. "Yeah, Ally. Don't waste paint like that." Lauren laughed, "Hey, It was an accident." Ally giggled grabbing a paper towel and wiping her face off.
"I know." Lauren laughed cleaning up her arm. "It won't come off, it like stained my cheek. Lauren!" Ally laughed looking at the camera on her phone. "I'm sorry." Lauren laughed. "It's fine." Ally laughs with Lauren.
