Chapter 35: Hiding Something

Aurora's POV

It has been an hour since mom and grandma left hopefully they're safe. Dad hasn't been wondering where they are, I think he hasn't notice yet.

Guard:
Princess Aurora you're father has requests for your presence.

Me:
Speak of the devil...

I whispered to my self quietly

Me:
What does he need?

Guard:
I don't know...he did not say

Uh oh.Is he curious? Maybe he'll ask where mom went? What do I say? The guard looked at me worriedly

Guard:
Are you alright princess?

I snapped out of my worried conscious.

Me:
Uh yeah I'm fine

I said hesitantly hopefully he didn't notice or care much.

Me:
I'll go now uhh see ya around!

I went and walked as fast as I could towards dad's room

Dad:
Aurora!

He said happily

Me:
Hey dad how are you?

I said nervously trying to start a good conversation

Dad:
Yeah know...healing. How about you?

Me:
Good..good. So why did you call me? You need something? Oh wait do you need your medicine?

I started to look for the medicine then I noticed he was staring at me with the 'you're just like your mother look'  and that rambling in front of him.

Me:
Sorry was I rambling?

Dad:
A little sweety

I sighed and smiled nervously

Dad:
Why are you so nervous? Is something wrong?

Me:
I should be asking that, why did you call me?

Dad:
I just wanted to see you, see what you've been up to

Me:
Oh you know just being myself...well if that's it then I'll be in my room

I nervously said and turned my back beginning to walk towards the door

Dad:
Wait no sweety that's not all. Where's your mother I haven't seen her since this morning

I turned around facing him not knowing what I should say

Me:
Oh you know she's busy with...uhh..training to be queen with Grandma

Dad:
No she's not she said we will train together once I recovered

Sh!t what do I response

Me:
Oh right, right she's just getting a headstart, ya know how girls are impatient and reckless

Dad:
Oh really? Are you sure you're not hiding anything from me?

Me:
What no dad why would I do that

I said acting so obviously

Dad:
Aurora sweety don't hide things from me or your mom. And besides I could tell when you're hiding something. Now spit it out

Me:
Uhh I uhh

Sorry for the cliff hanger and the slow updates I'm just soooo busy with school. BTW svtfoe fans, are you excited for the one hour event continuation of season 3?!!!! Ahhhh (screaming)
