Scourge Returns: What if Astrid accidentally scratched Hiccup in 'Buffalord Soldier,' when he carried her before giving her the cure and no one knew until our one legged viking started showing symptoms.

Flashback:
Hiccup caught Astrid as she fell of Stormfly. She loosely wrapped her arms around Hiccup's neck. Unnoticably slightly scratching his neck.
"Please fight this Astrid. I can't live in a world without you," Hiccup whispers to her as he places her on a rock to lean on.
Present:
Third Person POV:
It was a normal day on the edge. Astrid has fully recovered after the whole Scourge of Odin incident, which was just a couple days ago. Everyone was in the Clubhouse for breakfast, trying to figure out the next move against Viggo. Hiccup, who had woken up with a headache this fine morning was looking slower than usual. And obviously his blonde best friend took notice.
"Hiccup, are you okay? You seem slower than usual," Astrid asks concerned about her bestie and crush.
"Yes, I had a lot of work last night and went to bed late," which was true, but only made things worse for him in his current.... 'situation.'
"Well on that note, can we go play in our boar pit?" Tuff asks.
"or destroy something," Ruff adds.
"No we need to work on a new flying formation. I call it.... STAR FORMATION!" Hiccup says.
"Ugghhh it's too early in the morning and I need to get my beauty rest," Snotlout groans.
"No amount of sleep will make you beautiful," Astrid retorts.
"Ohhhhhh, burn! Do you need some ice for that burn," The twins shout.
"Ok focus guys. Lets head out,"
All the movements and jerking weren't making Hiccup feel better. He actually felt a lot worse now.
"Hiccup are you sure you're okay? You're looking slightly green?" Fishlegs asks.
"Oh no, green faced. He better not have the scourge." Snotlout adds.
"No I'm fin-," Hiccup starts, but soon leans over and pukes into the ocean.
"You were saying," Snotlout retorts.
"Hiccup we need to get you back and check on you," Astrid says.
"No really, I'm fine. It must have been something I at-," He didn't get to finish that sentence either as he passed out and was currently falling off of Toothless.
"HICCUP!!," They all yell.
"Snotlout get Toothless!!" Astrid commands. Astrid dives down and grabs Hiccup into her arms just before he splashes into the ocean. She feels his forehead, but suddenly jerks back by how high of a fever he has.
"Hiccup's hut NOW!" Astrid commands. They all arrive and Astrid places Hiccup on his bed.
"Fishlegs can you do a check up?" Astrid asks.
"Ok well he has greenish pale skin and a very high fever. The only sickness I can think of is... The Scourge of Odin," Fishlegs shivers as he says the name of the illness.
"Great just great. Now we have to go and find the Buffalord AGAIN!" Snotlout complains.
"Ok we'll leave in the morning. Fishlegs do you remember the way because I don't exactly know how to get there," Astrid asks.
"Yep, still fresh in my mind," They all leave to go to their own huts, so they can get rest for the journey ahead.
During the Night:
Astrid's POV
I was woken up but something hitting my door. I opened the door and saw a frantic Toothless. Oh no Hiccup.
I ran to Hiccup's hut and see him thrashing around in his bed. I quickly walk over and try shaking him awake.
"Hiccup, Hiccup wake up," He shoots up in bed with tears inn his eyes. He looks over at me warily.
He whispers, "A-astrid," He suddenly hugs me, crying on my shoulder.
"shhh, shh. You're okay," I try and sooth him by rubbing his back in circles. "Do you wanna talk about it?" He slowly shakes his head. "Okay go back to sleep," He nods and starts closing his eyes. I'm about to leave when he grabs my wrist.
"Stay with me," He whispers. I nod and lay his head on my stomach as he wraps his arms around me. I rub my hand through his hear as he drifts off and soon i do too.
I wake up with the sun shining through the window and Hiccup's head still laying on my stomach. He looks worse than yesterday. I shake him slightly so that he's ready when we have to leave because I heard that the Buffalord spit hardens very quickly.
"Hiccup, we are going be leaving soon. You can sleep more on the way there," He groans and his once forest green eyes, open, now pale green and weary.
We all met in the clubhouse and leave. I fly on Toothless with Hiccup in my arms, as he falls asleep.
Many Hours Later
We finally arrive at the island and follow the trail to the Buffalord. But when we get there we see.. Viggo.
"aww my favorite dragon riders. What do I ow this pleasure? Another case of the scourge I see. Tsk tsk I thought you were smarter than this Hiccup ole pal. I guess you won't be getting the cure anytime soon,"
"No Viggo! Give us the cure." I demand.
"And what's in it for me?" he asks. Stormfly walks behind him with her spines out and grabs him by the neck with her tail.
"Not dying," I retort. "Twins get the cure," I then whisper to Hiccup as he's getting worse by the second, "come on Hiccup you got to fight this. I can't live in a world without you either,"
The twins hand me the cup as I pour it down Hiccup's throat. Soon I let out a breath of relief as Hiccup's eyes slowly open and the color of his skin returns to normal.
"Hi," I whisper to him.
"Hi," He whispers back.
"You had me worried,"
"Now you know how I felt," I chuckle at his comment.
We finally make if back to the edge and I go to Hiccup's hut with him.
"Thanks for everything, M'lady," Hiccup says as we enter his hut.
I quickly punch him, "That's for scaring me and getting the scourge of Odin." As I'm about to kiss him I already feel his lips on mine. My eyes widen. I'm about to respond when he pulls back.
"And that's for everything else," he steals my line.
"Hey that's my line," He wraps his arms around my waist and kisses me again. This time I don't hesitate and kiss him back.
I don't know what I would do if I lost him today.
