"Amaya...listen to me, just get out of the mall right now and just drive off somewhere with Mark. Keep me informed and DON'T TAKE THE CHAUFFEUR WITH YOU," he ordered and now I sensed the urgency of the situation.

"Arjun tell me the matter," I said.

"You don't have time," he replied and I didn't know what to do apart from following his command.

"Okay...calm down. I will be fine," I assured him.

"Only when you leave that place," he replied and hung the call.

I exited the store and paced to the elevator. The moment I stepped inside the elevator, I felt a tap on my shoulder and I turned around with a jerk only to find Mahira staring at me with her eyes glistening with happiness.

"Mahira?" I was shocked.
What is she doing here?

Shopping, ofcourse!

"Amaya...you are here in Delhi? I mean...when did you come back?" She asked.

"Just four days back-" she cut me off by hugging me really tight and then came something I never expected.

"Jindal is out of jail now and he knows you are here. I work for him. Leave this place or you will be next," she whispered and then broke the hug smiling intently as if just a moment ago she had whispered nothing into my ears.

She left the next moment but just before leaving, she handed me a clean white envelope and it scared the hell out of me.

This means that all this while Jindal's wife hadn't disappeared but she was hiding and now that he is out of jail, she will surely try to take revenge from me. I can claim this without any doubt that not just mine but the life of every person related to me is in danger.
I started sweating profusely in this chilly air-conditioned mall. My heartbeats turned uneven and my mouth went dry.

Suhana Jindal...Disha's once best friend and my biggest enemy.

Seven years back...

"Keeping in account, all the evidences and witnesses, all the proof and the sides of the prosecutor and defence, the court has come to decision. Danish Jindal, who is the prime suspect of Zara Dewan Rape Case has been pronounced guilty and is sentenced to seven years of imprisonment for helping the rapists conduct the crime and for manipulating the evidences and witnesses in the court of law," the judge gave his final verdict. Zara couldn't attend the hearing. She was still in shock.

Arjun tightly squeezed my hands and rubbed it with the pad of his thumb. Suhana was in shock too. She had tears in her eyes and anyone would have it. Danish was Suhana's husband and no one would ever like to see her husband getting punished for an offense that is beyond forgiveness.
