It's been two weeks since my surgery and I'm still on a soft food diet cause it hurts a lot when I chew. This ofc limits what I can eat...but the upside is I've lost 11 lbs. Yay!

I also started back running this week...five miles a day. I only went to the gym once last week but I'm gonna start back to four times a week this week with each visit being two hrs. I did meet with my trainer at the gym tho and he helped me work out an hr long workout plan for me to do at home everyday. I wanna start back doing yoga nightly before I go to bed cause I miss how much it relaxes me. I also think I'm gonna stick with the meal plan I'm on now since it's really working. I'm still getting my daily allowance of protein in the form of the protein shake I have for breakfast so no worries there.

I'm excited cause if I stick to my regimen I should be at my goal weight by my birthday. Hopefully by then anyway. I have three mos and like however many days til my birthday so we'll see. I have a lot of work to do to be where I wanna be but I know it'll be worth it in the end. Maybe I'll finally be happy with myself and be able to beat this horrible disorder I have. Even tho it's a lifelong thing there's gotta be a point that I can look in the mirror without wanting to puke my guts out.

So yeah...something to look forward to.
