Chapter 14 ( My Elder Brothers)

Prince Martin's p.o.v.

I stared at him like he was crazy. It's not possible to be my brother, right? Looking at him up and down, his features look similar to mine. Just then, another one had the same features. However, he had a scar on the eye. I looked at the ground and played with my fingers. I have nothing to say or have any questions in the matter right now. 

"You're confused and have questions,yes?"

"No, I don't have any questions, but I feel... Loveless"

"Ah, yes, that will happen to all of us, but that is not a big issue"

"Why is it not a big issue?"

"People like us who carry the disease will lock all there emotions away. They want to find love before they become feral and distance. That why there is so much chaos in the dead lands that we forget who we are suppose to be. However for royalty it is different, the disease doesn't a huge effect on us we have decent amount of time before we go feral,"

"So do you still feel your emotions?"

"................No... though I wish we still could that's why there is a reason why Xerxes has the scar on his eye,"

"What happens after that?"

"We turn to dust, and not just royalty but for every last one of us,"

"Isn't there a cure for this?" There has to be some kind of cure!

"There is, but the lords refuse to do it, they rather keep fighting that save their people," Why would they do that? in the end there is going to be nothing left of world if things keep going down hill.

"Your blaming them for it, are you?"

"Of course, all they had to was a small ritual but it involved for them to fighting and be at peace, but they never liked the idea,"

"Did you ever find your love before the disease?"

"Of course, but that was when the Orange crescent moon came"

"What is that"

"The orange crescent moon's job is take the living souls of those who made wrong decisions and take the innocents souls who are to weak to keep on living,"

"Why am I learning all of this now?"

"Because we know you are special, we know that you are leaving this place to find your lover,"

"What about you guys, sometimes some people deserve a second chance at love,"

"Don't worry, we'll be fine,"

"It won't be fine when I was told that had I two elder brothers that are about to be dust from being so lonely," at this point the eruption stop, the lave and magma disappeared, and all that was were tears in my eyes. "Barely got to know my two elder brothers I never knew about."

Right now, all they could was hold me as I let my tears fall down my cheeks. It stay like this for a few minutes

" its getting dark out lets get some rest" I nodded in agreement feeling that I was tired.

Next day is a new day...
