Eren's POV

We did it until dawn, I was really tired and could hardly move. I looked over at Levi seeing he's still asleep, so I snuggled up to him and went back to sleep also. A few hours later I felt someone touch my neck and every other bite mark on my body. I opened my eyes to see who was touching me, and off course it was Levi, but he looked really sad and mad at himself. "I'm sorry Eren." He said looking away from me. "It's... okay." I could hardly talk and when I did it was in a hoarse voice. He started to tear up a little. "I'm so sorry." He said but I grabbed his face and made him look at me and then I smiled. "It was amazing," I said still smiling. "But I hurt you." He said looking hurt himself. I tried to pull him so I could hug him and tell him it was okay. He saw what I was trying to do and cuddled up to me. "I don't mind what you did."
"I'm still really sorry. For all the bite marks on you. They must hurt." He said looking me over once again. I shook my head. "It doesn't matter now," I said trying to get him to feel better. "The mark where I made you bleed, that will never go away. It's the mark of an alpha wolf and a mating mark." I was a little shocked but I didn't intend to leave him so it was alright. "Looks like I will be with you forever," I said smiling. "Oh and just so you know, when I go into heat I can get pregnant," I said. Now Levi was totally shocked. "Really?" he asked. "Yeah, I know it's weird. I don't know how it works though. It is just in case there are only two of our species left so we can reproduce. That's what the village told me when I was little." I said.

Levi's POV

I still felt really bad about what I did to Eren, even though he didn't mind but still I had to make it up to him somehow. "What would you like to eat?" I asked him. "What we had the first day." He answered immediately. "Okay got it, you stay here, I need to go get some things," I said standing and turning around. "Okay, it's not like I can move anyway." He said smiling. There was that feeling again. "Sorry about that." I looked down. "It's okay so stop saying you are sorry all the time," he said, smiling his warming smile. I wanted to be with him forever. I got back to the cave a couple minutes later with all the things I needed to make the soup. He watched as I prepared the vegetables. When I looked over at him he smiled and blushed a little. I walked over to the bed and picked him up bridal style. "Levi? What are you doing?" He asked as I carried him over to sit on the handmade stool so he could watch me better. "There now you can see what I am doing," I said turning to the stove again. "Thank you, Levi," he said. "It's almost ready to be put in the pot so it can cook." 
"Can I help?" He asks shyly. 
"You want to help?" I asked.
"Yes I want to help, remember I am supposed to help clean the cave as long as I live here." He said smiling at my words from earlier. "Don't worry about it, you sit and rest, your hips need a break." He sighed and laid his head on his arms and watched me finish making the soup. I poured us both a bowl and gave one to him. "Here," I said placing his in front of him. "Thank you." 
We ate and afterward Eren wanted to help clean but of course, I refused and made him rest some more. "When do you go into heat Eren?" I asked as I walked over to the kitchen. "I have no idea. I have never gone into heat before." He answered shyly. I almost dropped the bowls in my hands at his answer. "You haven't?" 
"No, I haven't yet." 
"So that means you have never experienced a heat before" I stated as I finish washing the dishes. "No, but I think I'll know when it happens." 
"If you go into heat and I go into a rut at the same time who knows what will happen to you," I said thinking about all the possible outcomes. "We'll find out when the time comes Levi. For right now let's not worry about it." Eren said smiling and nuzzled into my chest. "For now I want to stay like this. Can I?" He asked looking up at me. "Yes, Eren, of course, you can." He smiled and fell asleep in my arms. I soon laid down and went to sleep holding Eren close to me.
