Christine's P.O.V
I was laying on Johnny and I's bed with my baby girl. Her head was on my belly, listening to her baby brother. "Mommy, will baby brother be able to talk to me when he's born?" I laughed a little and stroked her cheek. "No, sweetie. Not for awhile." She laid her head back on my belly and sighed a little. I heard Johnny walk in and I looked at him. "Hey baby." He smiled. I kissed his lips as he laid on the bed beside me. I cuddled up to him and he smiled. Claudia climbed on the other side of him and laid on his chest. "Daddy, will baby brother be here in time for my birthday?" Johnny looked at me. "Sorry baby...but it'll be a couple of months afterwards." I saw her smile disappear. "I'm sorry, Claude." She sighed. "It's ok, mommy."
Three months later.
Johnny and I were setting up Claudia's birthday party. I was seven month's pregnant and we were back home in New York. Claudia was dithering the night at Braden's while some workers were finishing up her bedroom. All they had to do was put the furniture in and both rooms would be complete. Once Johnny and I had the tables set up outside, he pulled me into this arms. "I want to show your the baby room." He whispered in my ear. I nodded and he took my hand as we went into the house. I walked with my belly sticking out and it just felt so gross. Johnny put his hands over my eyes. "Johnny!" I squeeled. He laughed and I giggled. "One...two...three." I hear the door open and I smelled the scent of new furniture fill my nose. Johnny took his hands off my eyes and I gasped at the sight I saw. The whole room was done in an island theme, with the floor split in two colors. The part the pale blue crib was standing on had a sandy color to it, and the other half having an ocean color. I looked behind the door to see a horizon as if it was sinking down halfway into the ocean. Then I looked by the window to see a palm tree lamp by the crib. Johnny took my hand in his and took me over to the crib and I looked in to see an under the sea themed blanket and pillow set. "His closet is filled with toys and clothes that we can pull out when he's born." I nodded. "You'll have to see Claudia's room tomorrow at the party." "Ok." I started to cry and Johnny wiped my tears. "Why you crying, baby?" I smiled. "I just can't believe that you spent fifty grand on our baby's baby room. And it came out looking fantastic!" He smiled and In bugged him. "Oh Johnny. Once Lance is born, I want us to get married." He kissed my cheek and the baby kicked. I knew Johnny had felt it because he jumped a bit. We pulled away and kissed each other's lips, me falling in love with him all over again.
