Johnny's P.O.V
I was outside on the beach laying in the sun. Christine was playing with Claudia in the water and I smiled at my girls playing. I sat up and looked into Christine's eyes as they looked into mine. Claudia came over and rushed towards me. "Daddy! Let's go swimming!" I looked at Christine and she gave a smile. "Go ahead you two. Have fun!" Claudia nodded and giggled as she pulled me into the water. I watched as Christine went inside and I started to grow worried about her. "Daddy! Look at me!" I turned to Claudia and see her diving and swimming. "I'm a mermaid, Daddy!" I smiled and said, "Claude, let's go inside and get ready for dinner." She nodded and swam towards me. I took her hand and we walked up to the shack. We wiped off our feet and I said, "Go take a shower and wash up." Ok, Daddy." We went inside and I went to mine and Christine's room to find her laying on the bed cuddled into the pillow. I stripped off my wet swim trunks and dried my damp body off. Then Christine rolled over and looked me up and down. "Hmm, come in so soon?" I nodded and she looked at my crotch. "Water cold?" She asked giggling. I blushed. "A bit, yes." I said chuckling. She sat up and took my hand to pull me on top of her, with her sliding the covers over our bodies. "You'll be warm in a bit." I smiled and held my weight above her, enjoying the warmth I was feeling. "Johnny?" I looked into her eyes. "Yeah, babe?" She smiled. "What if the baby is blind?" I looked into her eyes. "Oh Christina don't worry about it, baby. You're gonna stress the baby out." I placed my hand on her belly and rubbed it. "He might just inherit my eyes. I'm nearly blind in my right eye. Maybe that's what your dad was telling you." She sighed and put her hand over my heart. "I'm just really scared for the baby. I want him to be healthy and happy and be normal!" She started crying and it turned my stomach into a knot. I tucked some hair behind her ear and whispered, "Christine, look at me..." She opened her eyes and looked into mine. "He'll be ok. I promise. He has a strong mother and..." "A great daddy." She said smiling. I smiled kissing the corner of her mouth. "I love you, and I promise that when our son is brought into this world I will be a dad to him, ok?" She nodded and we kissed for a bit and she leaned over to turn out the light. "Now show me how good of a lover you'll be." I smiled. "Will do."
