A/N: Jed's POV

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Yeah, I've gotten all the information that I needed to know about the incident from the sole survivors from the 'Retirement Home Massacre'." Joshua smiled as he leaned against a wall and paused so that he could hear a voice coming from the other end of his phone. "Yes, go ahead and put all of the information that I sent you into the newspaper. And I want you to send all the videos of the incident to the police so that they can be showed on the news."
He said and paused again for a few seconds. "Yes, I know exactly what I'm doing...alright; call me when you've got everything done." He let out a small sigh after he flipped his cell phone closed.
"Sorry about this, Tenth and Fourth. It's really nothing personal, but I'm afraid that I have to win this survival game as soon as possible. And since I'm not much of a murderer, I'll just have someone else do it for me. Hahahaha, if everything goes according to my plan, then three Future Diary Holders will be eliminated from the survival game in a matter of days. And it's all thanks to my [Brawler Diary]." Joshua chuckled as he pushed himself off the wall and walked off in a random direction.
(At Jed's House)
"Jed? Jed! Hurry up and get down here already so that we can and see Kathleen!" I stirred around in my bed as I could hear my sister's voice echo throughout the house.
"Grrr...I know that I promised that I would meet this Kathleen person already but come on..." I groaned as I reached inside my pocket and flipped open my cell phone and read the contents of my [Dull Diary].
"[2/7/30XX] 6:00 A.M. (Inside House; My Room) Woken up by sister's loud voice...man, what a dull awakening."
"Geez...oh well, I might as well get up since I don't think I'll be going back to sleep any time soon." I sighed as I got out of bed and started getting ready for school. After taking about half an hour to wash up, get dressed, and eat breakfast; Kimmy and I walked out the door and headed for school.
"Hurry up, hurry up! You have to at least talk to Kathleen before the school bell rings!" Kimmy said as she grabbed my arm and literally began to drag me towards the school.
"Relax, relax, Kimmy! Even if we don't make it to school on time and miss Kathleen, that doesn't mean I'll miss the chance to meet her later on throughout the day." I stated.
"I know, I know, I just want you and Kathleen to talk about that online Survival Game that you and your friends always talk about when you guys are alone." My eyes immediately widened.
"K-Kimmy…y-you told Kathleen about the survival game?" I slammed my feet on the ground to prevent Kimmy from dragging me any further. "W-Why did you do that?" I yelled as I placed my hands on her shoulders and shook her.
"B-Because, I wanted to know more about this online survival game so I asked Kathleen about it to see if she knew anything about it. And to my surprise, she did! She knew a lot about it." Kimmy smiled.
"Shit…this isn't good, this really isn't good! This Kathleen person knows about the survival game? Then there's no doubt in my mind that she's one of the Future Diary Holders." I thought as I slowly removed my hands from Kimmy's shoulders. Besides wondering about Kathleen, I was wondering more about what I should do about Kimmy since she's unknowingly getting herself involved in this dangerous game. I have to make sure that I do everything that I can to prevent Kimmy from learning anymore about the game than she already knows.
"I must say though, it's actually pretty interesting that you, daddy, and Kathleen are involved in this game. Diaries telling you your future for one hundred days in advance are actually pretty amazing. I actually want one so that I can play this game too." Kimmy laughed as she turned around and began walking towards school.
