The Clone Wars just begun a few years ago. Anakin Skywalker just conquered victory over Ventress, and Obi-Wan claimed victory on Muunilinst. They are sent on a mission together to face something no Jedi have seen before.
This story is set not long before Anakin Skywalker's knighting, so in this story, he's still Obi-Wan Kenobi's padawan, but already married to Padmé Amidala.
If you have seen the original Clone Wars episodes (two long seasons are up on YouTube) then you'll kinda understand the setting. This story plays between the two seasons.
