I made my way downstairs some what after dinner was over.

I was just about to skip through the door just as I was stopped by Winston.

"Your uncle wishes to speak to you." He pushed me gently towards the study, where I reluctantly followed.

Inside was Bex and a young man along with Uncle Phil at his chair.

"Come in dear." He said gesturing for Winston to leave.

"What's all of this?" I asked cordially nodding to the man in the corner who stood at attention.

He was dressed in a cheap suit and reaked of perspiration, his red hair was tamed back with gel and his blue eyes looked like large crystals.

"Girls, after an unfortunate event recently and the attack of our very close friend Clarence I've decided to invest on a bodyguard. Ladies please meet Fredrick."

The young man stepped forward and shook my head energetically, "It's an honor working for the Dilaurentis family. I promise to protect you with my life."

"And which part Fredrick Carson is the honor? The thought of how wealthy you'll become or the fact that you must babysit to young adults?" Bex snapped rudely before turning to her father," You can try this whole bodyguard crap  with someone else but I refuse to have someone follow me like a dog around town." She glanced over at me and pointed.

"If you feel like you need to hire one then let him follow Aylin but not me." She turned on her heels when her father raised to his feet.

His face was hard and I could see the struggle in which he used to keep it composed.

"I have no problems with a body guard." I pipped up quickly, I turned towards Fredrick who looked scared as if world war three was about to happen." Come along."

The both of us quickly pushed past them on the way out, I was careful to let him go first before shutting the door to the study behind me where the real war began.

"Whew, are they always like that?" Fredrick asked walking ahead, not really paying attention to me.

I had no plans of actually having a bodyguard especially within my line of work and I couldn't have him, like Bex bluntly stated earlier, follow me around town like a dog, it was far to dangerous for the both of us, besides this mission was mine and mine alone.

It couldn't afford to bring in regular citizens such as Fredrick. I glanced down the hall both ways before answering.

"I have no idea," I replied slipping down the corridor before he noticed.

"It was really intense." He continued on going towards the main door as I went down the other way disappearing before he even turned around.
