I was tossed inside a cell and watched in horror as Maverick closed the heavy steel door.
Reality slowly began to sink in as I realized that I was alone and trapped, moving my way around in the dim darkness I made my way to the small sliver of light that had been cut out into the wall.
I poked my head through and realized that my cell was facing the ocean.
The waves crashed against the wall causing sea mist to spray into my face, except this time it didn't hold that sense of security as it did when I tossed dad over, instead it was a cold awakening of how alone I really was.
Don't cry, I told myself as I slunk down against the hard cave wall, clutching my arms.
"Don't cry," I repeated this time out loud so I could hear it but it was no use the tears were all to real as they fell down my cheecks.

I lay crouched on the side of the rooftop of the abandoned ship yard located at the end of the city and within its Dumps.
People only came here for only two reasons when someone came to do dirty work or when they wanted someone else to do their dirty work.
So seeing Clarence Parker didn't surprise me, I glanced at my watch and saw that there was five minutes before midnight.
A lone car appeared and a man stepped out and walked up to Clarence Parker.
"I must tell you that when you called it was a present surprise." The man chuckled lightly a hint of an itailan accent peaking through.
"It was urgent," Clarence said calmly snapping his fingers allowing one of his men, one I recoginzed as the one I stabbed in the eye, his eye now bandaged.
"I have to say that I don't get many calls involving threats from masked vigilantes." The man shrugged.
"Well there's always a first for everything." Clarence held out his arm so the bandaged guard could hand him the briefcase.
"I think this shall gather your interest even more." Clarence said unlocking the breifcase and holding it out for him to see.
"Now they say that if I want a job done than to hire you."
The other man straightened up and leaned forward crossing his arms.
"Who is it that you want me to kill?"
"She calls herself Venengance."
The timer on my watch went off went off and I realized it was time, raising up I leaned over looking at them below.
Taking a deep breath I jumped over and landed nicely in the sleek car, rolling off and flipping backwards before they could even realize what happened.
"What was that!" One of Clarence's goons called out as I ducked inside the shawdows.
"She's here." Clarence replied begining to make his way towards the car before I jumped over and threw a five edged star out letting it cut through the air cutting one guard on his shoulder as it came back towards me before I caught it with my two fingers.
The itailan man made his way towards me raising a gun but i quickly ducked and tackled him to the ground sending us both flying a few feet, we both wrestled for the gun as I grabbed his wrist and twisted hard snaping it as I flipped to me feet and landed another swift kick to his head before kicking the gun away.
I ran forward and jumped over the car landing swiftly on the other side.
Clarence had begun to run to the docks towards the boats but he was all but to slow and I caught up to him easily, tackaling him to the ground and pinning him down.
"What do you want from me?" He cried beneath me as I bashed his head back.
"You've robbed the city now it's time for you to pay." I bashed his head once again, leaving him unconscious I felt around in his pockets and inserted a chip into his wallet placing it securely on his credit card.
When I was done I slowly raised to my feet and pulled out a small remote watching his men begin to run down towards me smiling slightly I clicked the button setting the place in flames.
