A/N: Hey, it's me, the author. I'm just going to warn you guys now, there's mentions of drugs, violence, rape, and a few other things. Not all of them in this chapter, they'll be spread throughout. So if this disturbs you, I wouldn't recomend reading this. Also, I won't have a constant update schedule, I'm starting rehersals and I'll have a lot of homework soon.
Your POV:
You've been undercover in a drug trafficing ring for two long years. You started at the bottom, but as the leaders began to trust you, you've been climbing. All of the information you had gathered on their sources was stored in my head. The F.B.I. had found a way to stay in contact with you covertly. They set up a bust for that night. You just needed to get everyone in the same place. But how to do that? Maybe with drugs. Of course, but where would you get enough to set up a buyer? Then it hit you. Contact the F.B.I. to get a bunch of fake buyers. That would disperse all of the members to those locations. You pulled out your earbud.
"Hey, anyone there? I have an idea," you whispered.
"Uh, yeah. This is Doctor Spencer Reid. Who is this?" A man with an unfamiliar voice answered.
"That's need to know, Doctor Reid. And you don't need to know right now. May I speak to Agent Hotchner please?"
"Who is this?"
"Look, I don't know who you are, but I really need to speak to SSA Hotchner. It relates to an active case."
"How recent did this case come up?"
"Over two years ago. Just tell him there's an agent involved."
"You're very bossy. But fine. HOTCH!" He yelled for Hotchner, causing me to take out the earbud for a moment.
"This is Agent Hotchner. Who's this?"
"I'm an undercover F.B.I. agent in a drug ring. I started two years ago. I have an idea for the bust tonight."
"What is it?"
"Alright, so you could set up a bunch of buyers, and lure all of them out of here."
"That seems like it'd work. I'm sending Reid to back you up."
"But he doesn't have a cover. Does he?"
"No, but it won't be hard to get one for him."
"Fine. You'll need to fill him in on mine. And I'm staying clean, I promise."
"I wouldn't have picked you for this if I thought you wouldn't. I'll set this up and tell you the details later."
"Alright. Talk later." You took the earbud out and put your head in your hands. You hadn't stayed clean, the leaders of the ring had gotten you addicted to painkillers. You had headaches when you started, now you need the painkillers to stay sane. And now that another agent was coming, you'd be revealed to Hotchner for sure.
Spencer's POV:
"Reid, we need you to go undercover. It's not a long mission, just for tonight," Hotch said as her turned to me.
"But I'm not an undercover person," I replied.
"I know, but you're the only person that'd be able to do it convincingly."
"Oh no. Where am I going?"
"It's a few miles away from here, and it's the headquarters of a drug ring."
"I can't do that. You know what happened last time someone had me take drugs."
"I do, but none of the other team members could do it convincingly. I know you could, and you'll probably get along with the other doctor."
