sometimes it's good to let your anger and stress out:

• remember to not be violent towards other people, especially the people who are trying to help you.

• cry/scream into a pillow, it helps honestly

• write out what you are feeling, then crumple it. tear it. burn it. throw it in the trash.

• remove toxic people from your life.

• scribble really hard on a blank page in red or black ink

• take a long nap

• put on angry/sad music and get all of your feelings out

• stretch out your muscles
