other than help lines there are some other resources you can turn to for support:

• on kickstarter, there's an app that needs funding. it's call 'aloe' a gentle reminder app to help maintain your physical and mental health. go support it.

• there are many meditation and anxiety help apps available for both apple and android. my favorite meditation app is 'headspace'. you can also use white noise/nature sound apps to help you sleep. i frequently use the app 'atmosphere' to help me fall asleep.

• sevencupsoftea is an amazing website that can connect you with someone to talk to about whatever problem you're having.

• talk to someone who you can trust and will listen to what you have to say.

• and of course you can always message me whenever you need someone to talk to. i'll be your mom and listen to you rant or vent.
