YOU DESERVE TO BE HEALTHY AND HAPPY. TAKE CARE OF YOUR BEAUTIFUL SELF !!

treat yo self:

• stretch + exercise your body

• eat a healthy, proportioned meal

• get some sun (but wear sunscreen, don't get burned please)

• spend an hour or two with yourself without social media or tv. do a hobby that you love

• take a long, hot bath. use a bath bomb or bubbles. you can light a candle and dim the lights too... and just relax.

• try aromatherapy. (i love it so much) use essential oils in baths, on pressure points, or around the house. peppermint, lavender,  and lemongrass are my favorite.

• treat yourself and buy something that you like or go get a massage.

• drink hot tea, it calms your mind and body.
