"Ugh! Really? You got us all worked up for nothing?" blabbed Rebecca.

"It is a serious matter to me. How would you feel if you just found out that your neighbor's hosting a party!"

"I honestly would not mind" said an unfamiliar voice behind me.

We all turned to see who it was, and we were all stunned (mostly me) when we saw who the owner of the voice was.

Owen. Owen Sanders. Owen Hot Sanders. Owen Fricken. Hot Sanders. Okay I know that I'm going over board with this but he is really Fricken hot.

I just blincked as I stared into his dreamy brown eyes. For a moment, I thought that he was looking at me with the same intensity that I was staring at him with. But as I adjusted my eyes, I noticed he was looking at me but he was confused.

"Are you staring at me?" he asked. It took a while for me to process his words. He is just to hot!!

"Uhhmm...... what? No! Hell no!" I recover quickly. "So what's this talk I here about a party?" he says while settling into an open seat. I feel my heart quicken.

"Oh, there's this party on 7th avenue that sounds totally wicked" replied Riley to Owen.

"Cool, when is it?" Owen asked.
"This afternoon!" I say, a bit to chirpy.

The last thing I want is for him to think of me as some lame bombo who is super excited about EVERYTHING. I am not an air-headed freak

"Well count me in!. We could all go together! I'll pick you guys up?" he asked.

"No need. The party is next door to Abby's house" said Cassidy.
"Really? Then I guess we could all just hang there afterschool before the party. Is that cool with you Abby, we dont want to infade or anything" said Owen.

"Dont sweat it. My mom won't have a problem. Just be there after 3, alright?" I asked. They all nodded.

This day sure is going to be full of surprises. Hopefully good ones.
