Elle
He continues walking towards me with a dangerous look on his face. "If I tell you, you have to promise not to tell anyone."
"Grayson, if you're not comfortable telling me, you don't have to." I say. His face is now dangerously close to mine.
"I like you. You respect my privacy." Grayson smiles and then pushes off me. He turns around and walks out of the room, leaving me confused.
I rub my hands together and walk out of the room and down towards the kitchen again. I grab Alissa from Ethan and pull her out of the house.
"Where are we going?" She slurs tripping over herself. "You drank too much. We are going home before anything happens to you or me." I say quickly crossing the street.
I grab her keys from her jacket and unlock the car. I help her get in the backseat so she can fall asleep.
I hop in the driver's seat and start the car. I pull out into the street and speed off. I wasn't thinking straight after what Grayson had said.
I kept my eyes glued on the road and pulled into my driveway shortly after Alissa fell asleep. I help Alissa out of the car and wrap my arm around her waist helping her walk.
I unlocked the door to my house and shut it behind me. I looked down at my phone and saw it was 11:07. Its been that long?
I quietly make my way up to my room and lay Alissa down on my bed. I take off her shoes and set them next to my bed.
I walk downstairs into the living room and lay down on the couch and slowly drift off to sleep.
---
I wake up to sounds of water splashing upstairs. I jolt up and remember Alissa. I run upstairs, nearly tripping as I skip two steps at a time.
I run into the bathroom and see her on her knees hovering over the toilet. I rush over to her side and move her hair out of her face.
"Oh, Alissa." I mumble and rub her back as she continues to throw up. She flushes the toilet and leans back against the wall. "Do you have any Advil?" She manages to whisper out.
"Yeah. Hang on." I reach into the medicine cabinet and hand her the Advil. I run downstairs and grab her a water bottle.
I run back upstairs and find her in my room going through my closet, still having the Advil in her hand. I hand her the water bottle and she downs it with the Advil.
"God. My head is killing me." She laughs and rubs her forehead with her hand. "Well, yeah. That tends to happen when you drink too much." I laugh along with her.
"Hey, thanks Elle." She says out of the blue. "For what?" I turn to meet Alissa.
"For taking care of me last night. Usually I wake up in some random person's bed." She looks down at the floor in dissapointment.
"Yeah. Always. From now on out, I'll always be there for you." I smile and look at my closet. "Well, uh, since we have school today and you kinda don't have any clothes, you wanna borrow some of mine?"
She looks up at me and smiles widely. "Duh." She giggles and goes through my closet. I laugh at her and make my way to my bathroom.
I pull out my makeup and walk back into my room and set it on my desk. I turn around to face Alissa and she was holding up a shirt. "This okay?"
It was a plain white shirt that said "The bags under my eyes are designer". "Hell yeah." I laugh and walk towards my drawers.
"I actually have the perfect shorts to go with that." I pull out a pair of shorts. "And shoes." I add while handing her the shorts.
I hand her a pair of black combat boots and grab a red flannel. "Here and wear this around your waist. Trust me." She grabs everything and starts changing.
I turn away and find myself an outfit. I grab a green camo crop-top hoodie and some high waist jeans. I change quickly and turn around to see Alissa putting on some of my makeup.
"You should be a fashion designer or a model. Cause like, damn Elle. You got good taste." Alissa laughs while putting on eyeliner. I chuckle and join her.
---
We walk into school and head our separate ways. "Call me later okay?" Alissa shouts and I turn around to give her a thumbs up. I hear her laugh and I turn back around only to run right into someone.
"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry." I say bending down to pick up their stuff. I get up and hand them their stuff and look to see that its Grayson.
I breathe a shaky breath and stuff my hands into my back pockets awkwardly, "Hey." Is all I say.
"Uh, hey. How's Alissa?" He asks scratching the back of his head. "She's hungover, but she is holding up." I nod and begin walking to my locker.
Grayson joins me, "That's good. Where is your first period?" He asks while glancing at me occasionally.
"Art." I groan, "Literally worse class ever." He laughs. "But we haven't even done anything in that class." He states.
"What do you mean we?" I ask as we approach my locker. I punch in the combo as Grayson explains that we have that class together.
I grab my books and close my locker and we walk to Art making small talk.
[A/N: HEY GUYSSS!!! This is kinda a boring chapter but, I worked on it. But I updated 2 days in a row so that's good, I guess?
Anyway, you thought I was gonna let you guys find out what Grayson did so quickly. Well you were wrong, ha! But aren't Alissa and Elle just goals? 👌
As always comment what you thought and stuff. 😄
Love y'all, STAY SMEXY 😘]
