Its been a while since I've talked to jay. I don't even bother texting him anymore because I know he's not going to reply. I finished the project by myself and got a B-, which isn't the best but I'll survive. I've lost my best friend. About 3 days ago I confronted her at school about the whole situation with her telling jay about my dad. It didn't go so well, we haven't talked since.
Lunch (at school)~~~~~~~
I walked in line and grabbed my lunch. You see, on a normal day me and Savannah would get lunch and sit together but things have changed. I looked around for a place to sit, I spotted the only empty table in the back of the cafeteria and decided to sit there. As I was walking over to the lunch table I saw jay sitting with Savannah, Samantha and all his other friends. He took a quick glance at me and sorta rolled his eyes. I was sitting with my arms crossed and my head down when I felt the table shake and heard lunch trays hitting the surface. I quickly looked up it was Jay and his friends. I didn't understand why they came over to me. Jay was sitting right in front of me, we were face to face. Samantha was right beside him. And his 3 other friends next to her. Savannah was no where to be seen though.
Samantha: ew you're really eating the school food? Disgusting!
Jay was just eating a apple and not saying a word, I tried my hardest not to look into his eyes. Or look at him period.
Samantha: ugh, are you guys not going to talk!?!? Say something pig! *she nugged her friends arm* this is Jacob, that's X and he's gray. *she said pointing to everyone to the right of her. They all said hi one by one*
I looked up and saw Samantha lower her hand onto jays lap. Like the hoe she is. He pushed her arm away with force. He had this grumpy look on his face, when he suddenly got up and looked at the clock.
Jay: give me your trays.
X: thanks bro, I'll see you in biology, yert!
Jacob: same bro.
Gray: bye.... Oh and bye, it's Cali Right?
Cali: yeah. *he smiled at me before walking off*
Jay: you done?
Cali: me?
Jay: noooo the wall *he said with sarcasm*
Cali: sorry. Yes. I'm done. *he took my tray* thanks.
He looked down at Samantha, "I'll be right back". After putting the trays away he walked out of the cafeteria. It was only me and Samantha at the table now.
Samantha: you like him?
Cali: what!.....no!
Samantha: you don't have to lie I mean you had sex with him right.....
Cali: I didn't.
Samantha: good. Because he doesn't like you...and he never will. *bell rings* Ciao! *she leaves*
I was getting ready to leave but I saw jay had left his bag so I waited for him to come back while everyone else rushed to their classes. He came back into the cafeteria, once I saw him I quickly got up. "Wait" he shouted.
Jay: are you OK?
I was so shocked that he was talking to me again.
Cali: I'm fine. Why?
Jay: because you're acting extra bitchy today.
Cali: I'm sorry for being rude.
Jay: drop it. So, me and my friends are hanging out at Samantha's place tomorrow night. You should come.
Cali: I'll think about it.
Jay: well, if you ever decide you wanna go. You know how to reach me.
