This year I've built some amazing relationships with people. Sure we've had our ups and downs but at the end of the day we all love one another.
It's the last day of school, barely anyone came to school today. We all sat in the cafeteria together during lunch like always. Jay sat beside me with the bag he was holding at the mall the other day. He turned face to face with me and handed me the bag. I opened it up and it was a little silver box with a gold necklace with a heart attached inside, it was beautiful. I kissed jay and gave him a hug.
Samantha: um....EW!
Jacob: I've never cringed more in my life.
Savannah: guys.....
I let go of jay.
Samantha: I'm leaving this summer...moving back to Ohio....you're all gonna miss me.
X: bullshit.
Jay: yeah, I'm sure. just like you said last year.
Jacob: you thought we forgot about that huh?
Cali: why? What'd she say?
Gray: she said she was going to Hawaii for the summer....but really she was volunteering at the lake.
*everyone laughed*
Samantha: YOU DUMB FUCKS! I'm serious.
Everyone stopped laughing and we all looked at each other.
Savannah: wait. Seriously?
Samantha: wAIt sERioUSlY *she mocked Savannah*
Jacob: I gotta say Sam you are a bitch but I love you.
Gray: yeah.
Jacob wasn't wrong. Samantha is a....brat! But she's my friend I haven't known her long....I haven't known any of these guys long but I'm really close to all of them. That fact that Samantha was leaving kinda made me sad.
Samantha: yeah....looks like I'll never have a chance with Brandon. *she looked at me and smirked*
"And I hate her again" I thought to myself.
After school ended we all hung out in the field where the school was holding an event. We all stood under the bleachers and talked. I stood with my back on a pole and jay was in front of me with his arm above my head rested on the steel bench. Everyone was off to the side.
I stood their playing with my necklace. Jay ran his fingers through his hair and sighed, he looked nervous.
Cali: you ok? *i wrapped my arms around his neck*
Jay: uh. Yeah.
I put my arms down and looked up at him. "No you aren't" I said.
Jay: it sucks that Samantha's leaving.
I've never been the jealous type and I get that he's sad. He knew Samantha way before I did but he always acted like he hated her.
Cali: right.
After school I went home and sat on the sofa texting Samantha.
Cali: Sam.
Samantha: you don't need to type my name you know....It's a text.💆🏼♀️
Cali: Ik
Samantha: what do you want?
Cali: we're all gonna miss you, I hope you know that😞
Samantha: oh please. You hate me.
Cali: please say sike.
Samantha: you know I rlly didn't like you when I first met you
Cali: gee, thanks😒
Samantha: But you're not half bad.
Cali: neither are you.
Samantha: my flight leaves tomorrow morning. I need to sleep now
Cali: have a safe flight.
Samantha: oh and also. Keep in contact with me
Cali: I will😂
Samantha: I'm serious.
Samantha brought attitude to the group. She was a bitch but like in a good way....Hopefully she comes back to visit one day. At least I still have everyone else though right.
