Chapter 7: The Horrible Death

Mom's POV

I saw that Katie's boot got bite but that she wasn't hurt so that was a good thing but then, we ended up trapped there were zombies coming from both ends of the road so what the one guy named Jeremiah pulled me into the forest and Seth did the same with Katie.

While we stopped real quick to check for a safe way Katie and Seth went ahead and they found a safe way but it was to late for me because a zombie grabbed me pulled me back and bit my shoulder and I knew then I was a goner. Jeremiah killed the zombie and was picking me up and was dragging me with him I told him " leave me I'm going to be one of them soon just leave me and kill me" Jeremiah or Jeremy to be short said " no we will make you ok" he believed that we could find a cure.

What he doesn't know is that there was no cure and we all should have known that because look at the school for example they were all zombies and they couldn't be cured.

But I let him think what he wanted I grabbed the gun from his side and said "I'm shooting myself so I don't hurt you guys."

Before he could grab the gun I got ripped backwards by a zombie but he got his gun back and he started screaming "NO NO NO this cant be happening" then Katie was trying to get to me but Seth was holding her back saying "its no use she's a goner we will miss her though". as they devoured me I started to cry because of Katie having to see this and I knew I was dying or I wouldn't feel cold.

my body was feeling cold meaning I was dying. I was scared if dying for Katie to see me die this way wasn't cool I was thinking why was this happening to me.

Sorry I couldn't really think of anything else it's a little hard to think of a tragic ending to happen to a person.
