Chapter 2

Hope POV

So I do my morning routine and I call Dream to see if she is up and ready to go.

"Are you ready?"

"I guess"

"C'mon, it'll be fun"

"It's church"

"They have good food"

"Eh"

"There's some really cute guys"

"And?"

"Ugh, I'm coming to your dorm to get you"

So I hang up and leave my room to get her, the door is already cracked open so I enter to see her fixing her sundress.

"You look pretty Dream"

"Eh, thanks I suppose"

"You might find someone there you like, there are some really attractive guys there"

"I'm really not looking, I just need to save my soul *finishing getting ready* let's go"

So we go outside just as the van pulls up, I introduce her to everyone and we head to church.

Prince POV

So I spent the night at King's house since he's been in a low spot in his life. The hardest thing is going to be getting him up, he freaking hibernates when he is depressed.

"King, wake up man, you got to get ready for church"

He doesn't budge one inch, I try nudging him, hitting him, spraying him with water, and the most I got him to do was roll over. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

"I'll treat next time we go out to eat"

"I'm up"

"*shaking my head* that doesn't make any sense, I have to bribe you with food"

"Free food"

"Get up, get shaved, and get dressed, messing with you we're going to be late"

"Alright, alright I'm going"

So he gets showered, dressed, does something with his hair, and actually doesn't look like crap.

"Looking good man, it's been a while since you've done something with yourself *smiles*"

"Shut up and let's go"

~At church~ Dream POV

So we finally arrive at church and we get out of the van the same time as some of the members of the church get out of their car. As I get out I stumble a little bit and bump into someone. I quickly bow and apologize before I go to head inside but Hope stops me.

"*bumps into someone*  죄송합니다 (I'm sorry) *bows*"

"*chuckles*"

"*starts to walk into the church*"

"Dream wait," Hope says.

"*stops* Yeah?"

"I want to introduce you to someone, Dream this is King, King this is Dream. King drove me back and forth everywhere during the summer"

"*looks at him and bows*  안녕하세요 (Hello)"

"*laughs* I can speak English, nice to officially meet you. I've seen you before though, this is my friend, Prince"

"Nice to meet you Prince"

"Likewise Dream *smiles*"

"Well, we probably should head inside," Hope says.

So we do just that and get ready for service. He says he's seen me before but when? I would have noticed him, this puzzles me the entire time throughout the service up until we get ready to eat. I steal glances here and there seeing if anything will click but nothing. Oh well, I'll find out more about him later.

King POV

"Hey man, I haven't heard anything close to a genuine laugh in a while from you"

"Yeah"

"Sooooooo"

"It's not like that Prince, I just found it cute she tried to speak Korean thinking I didn't know English. It was very considerate of her"

"Her pronunciation was pretty good"

"She's probably learning"

So we listened to the sermon and it was pretty good today. I kept feeling like someone was watching me though, probably Dream. She probably doesn't remember me because I was coming in as she was leaving. Anywho, I noticed she is very shy and observative but she also seems sad. Anyways, Prince and I were talking, joking around, and eating when Tora asked if I could take Dream and Hope back to their campus. I say sure, he thanks me and he goes to tell them. Dream looks over at us and then back nodding to Tora, maybe we intimidate her. I'll try to talk to her on the ride home and hopefully relax her mind.
