Welcome Baby

I felt warming joy in my heart as I heard the soft cry of Alice. As I held her in my arms, I stared into her deep blue eyes. She was so pretty. Beautiful at that. Jasper came over and kissed Alice. Then placed one on my lips.

"She is so beautiful." Jasper stated.

"I know she has our eyes, a greenish-blue, almost turquoise."

Others came into the room. Even Jason came to see Alice. Two people came in, a look-to-be married couple. The lady had short curly hazel hair. She wore a dress to about mid calf and it was blue. The man wore a black suit with a sky blue tie and a matching fedora. He took off the fedora showing his dark brown hair with one streak of blond. "Why hello dear, how are you feeling." The woman said.

"Urm... Do I know you?" I asked her.

The man and woman looked at each other. "Why dear, we are your parents."

A dead silence filled the air. I'm pretty sure my mouth was wide open. Jasper and I looked at each other. The woman broke the scilence, "Sorry we couldn't make it to the wedding or the claiming because Malorie forbid it but we are here now and happy to be." she said cheerfully.

"See that's why I never like Malorie." I exclaimed.

"Malorie was taken under arrest for her crimes against our family and the rest of the vampire population." My father stated.

"And could you also tell her what will be happening." Jasper said smiling at me.

I looked at him skeptacle. "Oh yes, you and Jasper will take her place as king and queen until Alice is able to be pronounced to the throne."

I had never governed anything before and I would need mentoring. "Don't worry the work will mostly happen with me but I will mentor you through the way." Jasper told me answering my questions.

"Well we will let you sleep and we will see you soon, ok?" My mom said.

I nodded and her and my dad left out of the room. Jasper took Alice from me, kissed my forehead, and left too.

I know that I would be the best wife, mother and queen. My family was reunited and loved each other very much. Alice would grow up and find her soul mate and would be happy taking over the kingdom.
