"Let me go kill Tanner!" I scream. Ida steps in front of the door to block me. "No way." "He broke my sister's heart!" I yell. "I know." Ida says. "She's going to be ok." "She is not ok! She's been crying her eyes out all day!" I flop down on my bed and run my hands through my hair. I can't think. I'm so MAD. "I'm going to check on her." Ida says. She leaves the room and Sabrina comes in. "What the heck is going on? Angie is in her room crying like crazy." "Tanner dumped her." I answer flatly. "What?!" Sabrina shrieks. "He's such a little—"
"Don't go there Sabrina." I say. "Sorry." She mutters. "What is wrong with him?" "I have no idea." I lie. Ok, of course I have an idea. He found out about Bast. That is like the worst possible thing ever. Not only could he tell, he could tell someone who would want to experiment on Angie. I cannot let that happen. "So what are you going to do?" Sabrina asks. "Probably get Corey to pulverize him." I say. "Lol." Sabrina says. "No, I'm serious." I say. Sabrina's eyes widen. "Your kidding me." I shake my head. "Oh my gosh." Sabrina whispers. "Excuse me while I get my phone." I say.A few hours later, Angie comes out of her room looking like nothing ever happened. Except she has her cat eyes again. "You ok sis?" I ask. Angie nods. I glance into her room and gasp. Half the wall is covered in a giant painting of a....llama? "What the heck?" I look over at Angie. "What is that?" "I was bored." She says. "You were bored so you painted a llama on your wall?" I ask. Angie nods. "Yep." The old mischievous glint in her eye is back. And it looks way scarier with cat eyes.
