Jax's POV

I know Emma must have a hard time adjusting to living in a house with me and my family. I was going to do my absolute best to help make her transition easier. I even decided to check on her after a few hours to see how Emma was doing.

I walked into Emma's room to see she was completely finished packing. I looked around the room in a search of the beautiful brunette. I sighed in relief once noticing her body on the bed. I sat down on the bed, "Shush, I know it's not easy transitioning from what you're accustomed to." I looked over hearing her angelic voice, "I never thought that my parents would leave me in the hands of Jax Novoa's parents in a million years." I was shocked. She viewed me the way everyone else viewed me. She viewed me as player, a heartbreaker, etc. I'm going to change her view, just you wait. I responded back, "Well, I'd like to think of it as.. fate."

I ran my fingers through my jet black hair, "Dinner is going to be ready at 8. Tomorrow's our first day back at Iridium since we didn't go today." Emma looked over at me before smiling, "Thanks. So, am I riding with you tomorrow morning?"

I bit on my bottom lip. I couldn't imagine everyone's reaction of Emma Alonso on my dirt bike tomorrow morning. Let me just say, that's a hot imagination. "Yes, you're riding with me." Emma nodded before grinning, "See you at dinner."

(Dinner)

When I walked downstairs, everyone was at the dining table except for Emma. "Jax, would you tell Emma it's time for dinner." I obeyed my mother and headed back upstairs. I knocked on her door before beginning to speak, "Emma, it's time for din-." I didn't even finish my sentence before the beauty opened the door in off the shoulder white dress with a smile on her face, "Woah, you look incredible."

Emma raised an eyebrow at me, "Really?" I laughed and nodding my head, "Seriously, you do look amazing. I would compliment you more. However, my family is waiting for us downstairs." Emma giggled and walked downstairs with me behind her.

My mother, Liana, gasped as Emma walked downstairs. "You look beautiful! Jax, grab Emma's chair." I pulled out Emma's chair for her to sit in and push her in before sitting down in the seat beside her.

Dinner ran smoothly. My family adored Emma, no surprise there. Emma was someone who you could easily love.

Looking around seeing my family and Emma laughing and bonding, I thought to myself, "This is what I could get used to you."

END OF THE CHAPTER.

-

Hey, guys! As of today, Sunday October 29, 2017, I decided to finish all of the books I created and possibly start new ones. However, I may disappear during the school year for studies if I feel it was necessary.

HALLOWEEN IS APPROACHING, THANKSGIVING IS APPROACHING, AND CHRISTMAS IS APPROACHING!

Your girl is finally a 9th grader. That's right. I'm finally in high school! I'm in Chorus, which I love. I might try out for Concert Choir next year, which is available for 10-12th graders only. I'm not really confident with my voice, so I may or may not try not. But, if you are in highschool, give me some advice in the comments.

Love you, guys.

Until next time,

A.
