Summer Romance

Chapter 12

*Cameron's POV*

Aww! I just heard what Shawn told Lindsey and what she though of it! It was so cute because me and the rest of us were saying how neither of them really like to admit that they even like someone, so them telling each other was even more amazing. He really does like her. Kayla and I are going to be together one day. Hopefully soon! She's my world. She's my everything. "Want to go sleep in the lounge upstairs Kayla?," I aske her. "Sure Cam I'm getting tired too," she replied. Meg asked us if everyone wanted to sleep in different rooms so that we didn't have to be as quiet in the morning. Everyone agreed to that idea. Kayla and I get the lounge, Hayes and Meg get her room, and Lindey and Shawn decide to sleep in the livingroom again. We all said goodnight to each other and went into our rooms. "It's nice to be alone, isn't it?," I ask her. as I sit down. She comes and sits down on my lap, snuggling close to me and nods in response to my question. I put my arms around her, I begin to whisper in her ear everything I love about her again, and we rock back and forth as I begin to rub her back and we both close our eyes. I ask her one last thing right before she was going to fall asleep. "Kayla? Where do you see us in a year?" Cameron! Why did you say that! Idiot! Kayla sighs and looks at me. "I don't know honestly... I hope we are more than friends though. I really hope we are Cam. I see us as being a couple soon, just like Meg and Hayes. Okay? I'm tired, so we can talk more tomorrow okay? Night handsome," she said winking at me and she closed her eyes and fell asleep in my arms. Wow, I'm really going to be going to bed on a happy note! She sees us as a couple... She wants to be more than this... She wants to take this a step farther. I'm up for that! I keep asking myself, when will I ask her to be my lovely girlfriend? Maybe soon I'll have the guts to ask her! With that , I fall asleep with my life in my hands. Kayla is my whole world. 

*Meg's POV*

I can't believe I'm dating Hayes. It still hasn't really clicked in my head yet. I ask Hayes what he wants to do because I'm bored and am usually a night owl. Lindsey can tell you that too. I'm always staying up really late and waking up really late too! "You can pick what we do babe," he tells me. Oh my god, Hayes just called me babe... I'm screaming on the inside right now. This feels so right already. I hope we last forever. "Let's draw and color! We can make each other things just for fun!," I say happily. "Ugh... I forgot the stuff we need is downstairs in the closet near the living room," I say to Hayes. "I'll be back Hayes, I'm going to go grab it right now, and hopefully I won't wake up Shawn and Linds." I quietly leave my room and head down stairs to grab some coloring books, paper, crayons, pens, and markers. I tell Lindsey and Shawn that I'll leave soon and that I'm just grabbing some coloring books and stuff to color and draw with Hayes," I say quietly. "Thats okay! We are just sitting here really haha. Just talking," Lindsey says to me. I say okay and grab the stuff and go up stairs. Hayes was just looking around my room as he sat on my bed. I threw all the stuff on the bed and he just giggles and begins to look for a picture to color me. "Don't look! I'm coloring you a picture!," Hayes says to me. I laugh, say okay, and tell him I'm drawing him a picture for him of us. We finish our masterpeices and show each other. We both take the picture that the other person drew for us. "Meg! You are sooo good! That only took you a little while... How does it look so good?! I'm going to keep this forever! Thank you Meg! This is amazing... Wow," he tells me smiling ear to ear. I blush and tell him, "Ehh it's okay it could be better I think but thanks! This is so cute Hayes! You drew little hearts all around it just for me! Thank you Hayes! I love i-," and before I could finish, he cut me off with a kiss. "I love you. I'm tired and am going to bed. Night Hayes," I tell him. He comes in my bud with me and we cuddle up tight and fall asleep together.

*Shawn's POV*

Lindsey and I are just sitting and talking again. What should we do? I don't know. Both of us are on our phones and I can't help but just look at her over and over again. She looks so beautiful without make up, and so do Meg and Kayla. We are all lucky boys. Lindsey caught me looking at her. "What are you looking at Shawn?," she asks me looking behind her. "Uhh... nothing," I say and we both go back on our phones. I look at  her aain and she caught me. "Seriously, what are you looking at? I don't see anything," Lindsey explained. What am I supposed to say? 'You' or...? I guess we will see what happens if I say that. "Just you," I said to her. "Why? I don't even have make up on and I look homeless right now and I-," I cut her off. "Don't say that! You are beautiful, even without make up. Come on," I say, patting the couch next to where I was sitting. "You're too nice to me Shawn.," she says to me as she walks to sit next to me. "I mean it, beautiful. Beauty isn't just looks, it's personality too, and you have both. You are truly perfect to me. Everything about you is perfect." She says the things that she doesn't like about herself to me. "Lindsey, I'm going to tell you this, and don't you ever forget it, I love everything about you. Even the stuff you hate, I love. I just wish there was a better way to prove that I love you." She has tears in her eyes and hugs me so hard saying, "That means so much to me. Especially coming from you." One single tear streams down her face and I wipe it away with my thumb. "Beautiful, don't cry! I'm just saying how much you mean to me. I'm going to prove it as much as I can," I say as I cup her face and bring it closer and closer. I gulp loudly out of nervousness and pull her in for a kiss. She goes along with it and we kiss for what feels like forever. That was amazing... My first kiss, and her's too, with eachother was better than I could imagine. "I'm sleepy now. We can just cuddle and fall asleep toghether. Deal?," I ask her after a short silence after the kiss. I gave her my magcon sweatshirt to wear because it was cold tonight and then I threw a blanket over us and we fell asleep facing eachother and I hummed in her ear.
