Ali's POV

His eyes widened to the size of quartersnand stuttered out his sentence.

"Like r-right n-now?" He asked me.

I nodded painfully as I was getting painful cramps.

"Oh shit, okay...um sweetheart everything's already in the car so let me get the keys and we will get going. Okay?" He asked letting go of me and standing up.

I rested my hands on my stomach and tried to take in deep breathes.

"Okay." I choked out.

He ran to the bedroom and he was back out in a flash with the keys.

He ignored my now wet clothes and the water that had leaked on the floor And helped me off the couch and into the car.

It took a while as I had to take slow steps but eventually I was buckled up and Jace was speeding through the highway.

I must be having contractions because I feel a tightening feeling, that is no doubt very painful. I squeeze my eyes shut and try to get my mind off of the burning feeling.

"J-Jace, distract me." I breathed. "Please!"

His hand grabbed mine quickly and he squeezed it in reassurance.

"Baby, I know it hurts. But remember it will all be worth it in the end. The pain will go away." His eyes went back and forth between the road and my own. He raised my palm and kissed it lightly.

"I-I know it's just so painful...ahh." I screamed as a cramping sensation hit me on high.

"Ahh baby, just listen to me. Listen to my voice, don't think about it. Think about me."

Allison think about Jace. Think of his sweet, smoothing voice.

I tried to contain my heavy breathing, chanting over and over in and out, in and out.

"See baby? It's all okay, I'm here with you. And look we are at the hospital."

Dang really?

I opened my eyes and yep, we are at the hospital.

Fuck.

We're at the hospital.

Where I'm going to give birth.

And become a mother.

Of a child.

That I have to raise.

That's my responsibility.

Oh fucking shit.

"Daring look at me." Jace interrupted my panic attack.

I looked at him and he grabbed my face in his hands and looked at me sternly and deeply.

"Baby it's going to be fine." He smiled.

"Everything will be okay, you can do this. I know you can. Your my fiancé and I love you." Jace told me, making my eyes water and tears threaten to spill.
