Chapter 12

Hey guys! sorry haven't updated for a few days....been busy with tests and heaps of homework. I have had an epiphany lol with the help of some friends I have decided to bring back some old characters into the story and they can become a complication hope u enjoy xx comment!!

Valerie's POV

School has been boring all day. Harry has not been in any of my classes so far and I can not wait for the clock to strike twelve so I can go out to lunch. I need to see his face. "Miss Grace? Can you answer my question please?" The teacher asks. I shoot up from my day dream and stare at her blankly. "Um, sorry Mrs. Brown, please repeat the question," I say apologetically. She frowns and repeats it and I answered almost instantly, which was surprising considering I hadn't been listening the whole lesson, nor had I taken any notes. Whoops. I would have to grab Niki's notes later. The bell rang and a sigh of relief escaped my lips. I jumped up from my seat and proceeded to the door. "Don't forget to do chapter three questions five and six for homework!" Mrs Brown shouted. I barely took any notice as I speed walked down the hall to my locker, unloading my books quickly. I felt a tap on my shoulder and spun around to see the group of blond bimbo's that used to bully me along with Harry once upon a time. They had encircled me and I felt a little claustrophobic but I was not scared nor threatened by them. "Hi girls, I have to get through so if you wouldn't mind moving.." I said trying to get through but a strong grip pulled me back. I was face to face with the head of the Barbie's. Michaela. She scowled and I pushed her off me. "What do you want?" I growled. She snickered at my anger. Walking up to me so she was inches away from me and I could see every single bit of wrinkle she had hiding behind that cake face she spoke. "I want you to stay away from MY Harry. Break up with him so he can come running back to me. If you don't do that, I'll be sure to make your life a living hell. Kay, thanks babe." She smiled before walking off with the rest of her minions following behind you. I chuckled at her response but I couldn't get that gut feeling out of my mind that she was one to keep her word. 

Harry's POV

Where is Val? I thought to myself. I stood up from my seat and I informed the boys I would go look for her. Just as I was about to walk to the exit of the cafeteria, she walked in and I could see a little bit of intimidation in her eyes. Somethings wrong. She walked up to me and I wrapped my arms around her waist and pulled her close, pecking her lips before leaning my forehead on hers. "Hey babe." I smiled. She smiled back but I could see it didn't reach her beautiful green eyes. I frowned. "Everything alright?" I asked, generally concerned. She nodded a little too quickly giving a dead giveaway. "Yeah everything is fine, just tired and really hungry!" She chuckled, changing the subject before I could snoop anymore. I knew something wasn't right but I let her go and get her lunch without bugging her about it anymore. When she was out of ear shot I spun around to Niall. "Whats up with Val?" I asked him. He returned a confused frown. "I have no idea. I will try to talk to her but I can't guarantee she'll tell me though." He said. I nodded in understanding and then let the subject pass. I glanced around the table and noticed everyone with their own pairs. Our group was perfect. Liam and Lauren were snuggling together and were now in an intense snogging session. Ewww! :P Niki was on her boyfriends lap and was having a quiet conversation with each other, Louis and Emily were being childish as usual! They were usually the life of the party. Vanessa and Niall were being cuddle buddies and whispering to each other, probably cute things cause Vanessa is blushing. Isha and Zayn were also snuggling and talking with a few kisses every few minutes. Everyone was so cute together. Who would of thought that life would be this great. I am so grateful for Val. "Whatcha thinking about?" Val asked as she came and sat next to me. I smiled and pulled her onto my lap and cuddling her. "Just about how perfect we are." I whispered and engulfed her in a soft kiss. I felt her smile and we both pulled away. We spent lunch laughing and talking as we fed each other chips and other snacks. I didn't want to leave her when the bell rang but I would see her after fourth period so I had nothing to worry about. I gave her one last kiss and walked to class.

Niall's POV

Something is going on with Val. She doesn't seem to be herself lately. She was fine this morning though. I wonder what is up. I feel someone grab my hand and I look over to see Vanessa smiling her cheeky smile at me. I grinned. I loved this girl so much. She's just too cute. I pulled her onto my lap and pecked her cheek then began to whisper things in her ear. She blushed and I chuckled. Val came and sat down and Harry pulled her onto his lap and they began talking quietly before laughing and Val seemed to return to her usual self until the bell rang. She reluctantly let go of Harry and made her way to her locker. I sighed and took Vanessa's hand, leading her to class. 

Val's POV

I walked to class when i was once again stopped by Michaela. "What happened to our little conversation?" she growled. "Did it just fly over you head!" She squealed and slapped me hard, leaving a red, tingling cheek. It really hurt and tears stung my eyes but I refused to let them fall. I stormed past her and walked into class. My cheek stung but I had gotten used to it once before, I could do it again. One thing is for sure, I'm not breaking up with Harry. She can whinge all she wants but I'm stubborn, I don't give people what they want easily. I sat down and payed attention, but I couldn't shake off Michaela's evil glares shooting my way. Great, not again!
