Valerie's POV

My heart is pounding so hard I think Harry might be able to hear it. "Valerie Grace, Will you officially be my girlfriend?" He asked nervously. I let out a deep gasp of air I had been holding in. Tears brimmed my eyes as he opened the box to reveal a silver, simple promise ring with the words 'Val and Haz forever <3' engraved into it. He stood up and I nodded before hugging him tightly and kissing him passionately. "I'll always be yours." I whispered into his ear. We pulled apart a little so our foreheads were touching and he smiled. He slipped the ring onto my finger and kissed it gently. Music started to play in the background but I didn't think to care where it came from. Right now was perfect as we swayed together in sync with the melody. It was one of those romantic cliche' moments where you truly realise that your in love. A sudden burst of adrenaline and confidence hit me. "Harry...I-I love you." I stammered. He looked me in the eyes and kissed me gently. "I love you too Val, so much." He whispered and I shivered at his hot breath hitting my cold skin. I wanted to freeze time, because honestly, this moment was perfect. Two teenagers who were madly in love, dancing under the moonlight. 

Harry's POV

"Valerie Grace, will you officially be my girlfriend?" I asked. My nerves were getting the better of me. I could see how nervous she looked. She must think I'm going to propose. Her eyes brimmed with tears and it took me a moment to distinguish whether they were happy or sad ones. I stood up and she rushed into my arms. "I'll always be yours." She whispered and I pulled back so that our foreheads were touching. She looked deep in thought and I wondered what was going on in her head. "Harry, I-I love you." she stammered. My heart beamed. she loved me. Val loved me! "I love you too Val, so much." I whispered to her and I felt her shiver slightly as my breath hit her cold shoulder. On cue, the music began to play lightly in the background and i wrapped my arms around her waist as we danced in the moonlight. This, this moment was perfect.

Anonymous POV

I watched as he knelt down, and as she hugged him and they kissed all lovey dovey. My heart panged with rage and jealousy. She will not have him I will make sure of it! Music began to play and they instantly wrapped their arms around each other and began to dance. I have to plot my revenge. She will not get away with it. I mean, one minute he hates her and the next they are dating and h is doing the whole promise ring move. I hid deeper into the bush until it was safe to go back to my car. Revenge is sweet....
