I was about 10 feet down. Ash stood above me and began maniacally laughing.
"You damned whore! How could you not have seen that?! Where you too busy looking for some dick to suck!" He scoffed when I threw a vulgar gesture at him. He walked into the thicket and I heard moaning, and a scream. I tried scaling the muddied walls but every time I got an inch I slid down.
Tucker's collar was clutched in Ash's hands, Tucker subtly struggling to get away when he had no strength. His blood from his wound dripped onto my face from where I stood beneath him.

I saw it all, this day passed like a blur, from suicide attempts, to running away, to using my past Marine skills to save a child. I was furious
It started with the ambulance ride. "Attempted Suicide" rang in my ears along with the sirens. I blacked out after that and awoke in the emergency room, the smell of alcohol and bleach clogged my expert nose, my hearing only caught that of heart monitors and occasional rings.
