Trixie was sitting at the front desk, she made the calls a schedules. She was the one who had to look presentable since she is in the front desk. As her friends were fitting people making them suits, dresses, hats, and more.
The bell at the door ringed. Trixie saw it was Kord with lunch.
"Hey Trixie. Hungry?" He said shaking the bag side to side a bit.
"Extremely. I haven't had any breakfast this morning since I was running late." She answered. By the smell of the food her stomach growled.
He handed her the bag, "You owe me 7 dollars as usual."
"Chicken sandwich?"
"Correction."
She dig into her purse and handed him the money. He went pass the door going to give the rest of the food to the workers.
As hours passed more of the workers went home. It was usually her and Sarah since she was the one who created the business, but she had a meeting. So she left Trixie in charge since it was just one more patient.
And since Trixie has been learning how to measure people and she has been learning how to sow.
She was happy it was just measuring since she wasn't the best sow.
"Thank you very much Trixie. You don't know how much I appreciate it." Sarah said grabbing her bag in a hurry.
"Your welcome, Sarah. Good night."
"Good night!" She said as she ran out the door.
Trixie sigh, she looked back to her computer.
After a while she heard a man's voice.
"Excuse me miss?"
She looked up and saw blue eyes looking at her. She glanced at her computer and looked at the name.
"Eli Shane, right? You have an appointment." She said as she got up from her chair shaking his hand.
He smiled, "Yes I do actually. Um....?"
"Trixie."
"Right."
"Follow me, Mr. Shane." She said as she lead the way.
"Please call me, Eli." He said following her.
"Sure thing ....Eli. Well um what do you want me to measure?" She asked.
"I would like a suit, trying to look presentable for a party." He said.
"Sure." She grabbed her pad and pen with measuring tape.
She started with his arms, "Stretch out your arm please."
He did what he was told.
After some silence she asked, "When will you want it ready, Eli?"
"By this weekend. Have you ever been to a party?" He asked her.
She shook her head, "No. I am a busy woman. I don't have the time."
He looked at her in shock, "What?! That is impossible!"
"It's the truth. I can't ever make the time. I have many things in life."
He got off the small stage and faced her, "I know I barely met you, but would you like to come with a party with me as my plus one? Actually no, you are coming with me to the party."
"I don't know, Eli."
"I will buy the dress and everything, but you are coming with me."
"....okay."
He smiled.
