Trixie was sleeping peacefully in her bed until she heard someone call her name. She sat up with the blankets around her covering herself from the cold. "What?" She called out sleepily rubbing her eye.
Eli came in the room with a bag of donuts and coffee.
He gave Trixie a kiss and sat next to her on the bed. He opened the bag of donuts and offered her one.
She picked the chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles.
"Thank you." She said as she got handed a cup of coffee just the way she liked it.
They both just sat their in a comfortable silents as enjoying their coffee and donut.
