Never in my life have I been so physically and mentally exhausted that I couldn't even get out of bed. Danni was fast asleep, her head resting on my chest. All I could hear apart from her peaceful breaths was the screeching and crying of Aisha in her crib. I was hoping she'd just stop crying or fall asleep, but I was wrong. I didn't know how Danni was asleep.

"Aisha," I groaned, rubbing my tired eyes. I lifted Danni up, putting her head on my pillow. I got out of bed and walked towards Aisha. I picked her up into my arms.

"Shh Aisha, it's okay," I whispered, rocking her slowly in my arms. I watched as she slowly calmed down, her eyes opening. She was beautiful. She looked so much like Danni. She had her perfect small nose, her pink lips, her naturally chubby cheeks and her cheeky smile.

"Are you hungry?" I asked. I held her close to me and made my way into the kitchen. I knew that Danni wasn't going to breastfeed while she was sleeping so maybe warm milk will be okay? I opened the fridge and poured a glass of milk for Aisha. Her hands had gripped onto my loose shirt. She was tugging at it. I couldn't help but to smile at her. I put the milk in the microwave and waited for it to warm up. I got a wet tissue and wiped Aisha's face. She scrunched her nose at the sudden coldness on her hot face.

"Sorry pumpkin," I whispered, drying her face. It's been a couple weeks since Danni had Aisha. Things have been tiring. Aisha has made sure to cry every night and every day that she can. She was a happy baby but she sure as hell wasn't quiet. Danni has been really tired too, which is probably why she slept through the crying. I've been the busy one out of both of us. While Danni's having some time off from work, I've been working more at the factories from home and getting all the food and stuff. I didn't mind though. If it meant Danni was happy, I was happy. Mums been coming around and helping us look after Aisha when Danni and I needed alone time. We had that once. Mum said that I was exactly like Aisha when I was a baby. I find that hard to believe. I'm sure I was a good baby who slept and didn't cry at all. I took the milk out of the microwave and poured it into her little bottle.

"Here you are Aisha," I smiled, bringing the bottle to her lips. She wrapped her little hands around it and started sucking on it. I made my way into the living room and laid on the couch with her in my arms. I turned the telly on and watched it while Aisha had her milk.

"Andy," I suddenly woke up, looking around the room until my eyes found Danni's. She had a smile on her lips.

"Did I fart or something?" She joked, taking a sleeping Aisha out of my arms.

"No, Aisha was crying again," I yawned, stretching my arms.

"I'm sorry I slept through it babe,"

"It's okay," I smiled, pecking her lips.

"What are your plans today?" She asked, resting in my arms.

"Haven't decided,"

"Maybe we should go to the park with Yvette and Narla. They've been dying to see us again since Aisha was born,"

"Yeah sounds good baby, let me cook breakfast first,"

"No need Andy, I've already cooked,"

"You didn't have too-" she kissed my lips to stop me from talking.

"I wanted too and besides, you haven't slept much lately and I wouldn't want you to cut your hand off,"

"I'm not that clumsy with a knife," I laughed, kissing her forehead and making my way into the kitchen.

"You look like shit," Yvette laughed, sitting with me on the swings.

"I feel like it," I laughed, watching Narla, Danni and Aisha playing in the sandpit.

"Keeping you awake huh?"

"Yeah but if Danni is sleeping and feeling good I don't care how I feel,"

"She's really go your heart,"

"I mean, I did marry her Yvette,"

"True,"

"So I was thinking," Yvette began, pulling a box out of her pocket.

"I want to propose to Narla. I just, She's just everything that I've ever wanted in a partner and girlfriend and wife and I just-"

"She loves you Yvette, stop being so nervous," I laughed looking at the ring. It was a beautiful silver ring with diamonds on it.

"I just don't want her to say no,"

"You've been with her this long, if she said no she's delusional,"

"When do you think I should do it?" I shrugged.

"Whenever you feel the moment is right," she sighed, putting the box back in her jacket.

"I just want to make her happy,"

"You do Yvette. Narla is so happy around you. You can see it in the way she looks at you,"

"She's everything to me Andy,"

"And your everything to her," she sighed again. I looked back over st Danni. She hasn't stopped smiling since Aisha came into our lives. She really made Danni happy. After everything we've been through, that she's been through, I'm glad she has a good reason to smile everyday. I loved both of them so much. Through all of these years I've been with Danni, I think this years the best. She graduated, we got married, we have Aisha, we have amazing friends and family and everything is just perfect. I couldn't see my life with anyone but Danni. She is my everything and I'm glad that I get to spend the rest of my life with her. I'm glad I get to watch Aisha grow and become an amazing woman that I know she's going to be. I'm just so Fucking happy. I'm glad I came back to this town. If I didn't, I wouldn't of met Danni.
